The rules as they are written at any given point in time should always be questioned, and if they don't make sense, we should vote and encourage them to change. It's still an excellent school for engineering as far as I'm aware. Bethlehem may be the middle of nowhere for many people, but it's also right in the middle of one of Pennsylvania (and the country's) wrestling hotbeds for youth wrestling. So if you are a local wrestler who doesn't want to go far from home, you have a school on your doorstep that can give you a very respectable degree.
