  1. Post a reference that clarifies you are a dolt with no idea what no reasonable doubt means. Oh wait, you already did. Page 1, 12th post down.
  2. As I'm sure you know, children have been born with both M and F features (ex: penis and vagina) for as long as anyone can remember. In some cases, the gender of this tiny, still mostly undeveloped child was simply unclear. The uncaring, judgmental, pitchfork wielding jerks who post in forums just like this one have decided it's simple - one or the other. But they make the huge mistake of not realizing it isn't always anywhere near that simple. When doctors can't make the call. The parents are pulled aside and requested to "assign" their child's gender. As these tiny babies develop both physically and mentally into young children - the parents start to see and understand much more than they did when their child was a tiny peanut they could hold in the palm of one hand. I don't have any answers to this one. (Nobody else does either, some just like to pretend they do.) My instinct is to say - just leave them alone! They've already got more than enough to deal with. Keep out of their personal lives. As much as I believe that should work, it doesn't. So, let's start with an example - tiny baby is assigned M at birth by parents because he had a penis (as well as a vagina) both underdeveloped at the point where a doctor couldn't make the call. As the child grows the penis no longer develops and becomes a tiny, underdeveloped, non-functioning, useless appendage - while the vagina develops and the child becomes what doctors would clearly recognize as F. To help try to make the child's life normal, they perform surgery to remove the useless appendage, and give them normal 'junk' - and the child's gender is reassigned to F. Nothing wrong with that story other than it would be heavily emotionally painful for them and their entire family and that I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Then the folks with pitchforks come out and decide she's "just a tranny" and "she doesn't belong in the locker room" and "she's a pervert" and "they're grooming her" and "she should wait until she's 18", and boo... hisss... boo. It's heartbreaking that these small-minded folks can't make room in their tiny minds to have empathy for children who have been going through more than most of these folks could ever imagine. I still think my instinct is right - just leave them alone! Leave it to them, their families, their doctors and everyone else who is willing to participate and care and be responsible with them. (It's not politics, it's personal.)
  3. This last post of yours was too sloppy. Maybe try to gather yourself and we can try to continue tomorrow.
  4. "Biology is a view?" Where did you come up with that one? Nobody said that here except you. What about everything else that was posted in this thread - nothing to say about those thoughts? Are you here to discuss or are you here to showcase that you are a buffoon with zero social skills. With these latest sh** posts, nobody needs you any more than we need a sharp stick in the eye. If you've got it in you, be better. Not a little better... a LOT better. At least try for fu**'s sake.
  5. Injustice? Are you sure? She is legally a woman, and I see no reason to think otherwise. Tell me how you know this woman is somehow "not" a woman in your view. In your own view. What do you know about the topic that you can add that I don't already know? FOX News says she is trans - do you trust them because they are MSM? Have you actually gotten your opinion from FOX/Fake News? That would be the most troubling part of all of this.
  6. Nope. Stand back and look at it again. I'm telling you that your post was wrong. (Which is all I can read - I can't read your mind to find out more.) You then tell me you don't know anything about it, you just copied and pasted from a source. That's where you missed the point - because your post was still every bit as wrong as it was before you explained how you copy and pasted your way into creating it. No copy/paste excuse will ever make your post not wrong. You can keep trying to blame it on your source but, at the end of the day, it was your post. And it was wrong. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes, the best we can do is to handle them gracefully. Do that.
  7. If you have no insightful take, no interesting personal perspective, no deep cut from an unlikely source, or anything else to add that we don't already know... You are simply acting as a human replacement of Google. Nobody, and I mean nobody, needs you to search google and post what you find on this forum. ALL OF US HERE already have google. If you're only going to google things and copy and paste what you find. Don't bother. What do you personally have to say? If you have something to say, then share it. Let's discuss it. THAT is why we are here. That is worthwhile for everyone. None of us are always right and none of us are always wrong. The discussion is the entire point. That's where we all get the opportunity to learn from people with different perspectives from our own. Not so we can fight them - but so we can consider them and learn from them. If it isn't for the discussion and sharing of opinions and perspectives - this place, like all other social media, is just worthless garbage.
  8. That depends on which elections are coming up and how the change will be marketed to all these voters who get tips.
  9. That's one interpretation of what 'deleting a tweet' means. But it would be a stretch for you to think it is somehow the only one. As likely an interpretation is that Musk is trying to deescalate the situation. But then again, who really knows. Both of these ego maniacs are as unpredictable and unreliable as a chocolate teapot.
  10. As I originally posted, there is no reasonable doubt that Musk has access to the Epstein files. If you want to argue with me - at least argue with what I actually posted. Not with some strawman.
  11. It is absolutely NOT an exaggeration that Musk/DOGE had full access to every federal department for months. That is a fact. Trump himself insisted that they not only have access, but that their actions must be done in "secret" - eliminating any oversight whatsoever. Collecting the data for future use or whatever they wish to do without any concern with oversight, audit, or accountability. They routinely modified the database logs to 'wipe clean' their actions - with Presidential authority and approval. This, just yesterday, was confirmed to be allowed by the Supreme Court as well. (Supreme Court grants DOGE access to confidential Social Security records : NPR) Musk/DOGE had full access and continues to have full access to every federal department with no oversight or limitations. Here's the Bombshell: You and I no longer have any secrets when it comes to the federal government. None. Zero. Musk and his team of 20-something hacker types have them all. And what they do with them? Aside from training the xAI system... who knows? It is frightening to consider the options. This should be bigger news than it is. But non-tech folks just don't know how to wrap their heads around it. They choose to bury their heads in the sand and pretend it isn't happening instead. But - it is happening.
  12. You are a real piece of work. You google something, paste the results of what you read, and act like you are somehow solving something? You do realize everyone else googles and reads through the links themselves, right? Way to find nothing and assist nobody. Good work there, Sherlock.
  13. They did get it wrong. At no point did Sheriff Witt say that. You, in turn, also got it wrong.
  14. Well, let's not be silly. Raging left and right nuts will find and post your personal information on the internet. Let's not try to make it political party based. Raging nuts are not hard to find on either side. It's like saying only politicians on one side are crooked and lie. That would be extremely naive.
  15. No, I wouldn't "suppose" that at all. And neither should you. As of right now, I've seen no evidence to suggest it - much less presume it.
  16. Yes, forums are routinely 'scraped' to collect and identify poster profile information. Jross does this on a regular basis and has been doing it for years. You probably didn't catch that because, like most, you weren't paying attention. (You really should.) I wouldn't say anybody is "out there to get you" - but I do think everyone should take a rational approach to protecting their private information. Or not - it's a free country for now. Where am I at? I'm further from the norther border than you (at least that's what you've told me.)
  17. That was Chicago, not Minneapolis. There were also protesters in LA - which is also not Minneapolis.
  18. Reports have varied between critical and serious condition. I prefer the latter or hopefully much better. Pneumonia and I have a history. It didn't go well at the start for me. But modern medicine came to the rescue. That's the kind of rescue I'm looking forward to for Ben right now. I think he's in good hands and he's a fighter. Prayers for Ben and family.
  19. ...or so he says. And then, unlike any other president ever, goes to great measures to conceal his financial information. Almost like a big fat criminal liar. Well... let's be honest. Exactly like a big fat criminal liar. (BTW, I don't think all R's are bad - just the big fat criminal liar one. He's obviously bad. And the rest know it.)
  20. Don't be silly. It's not "my work" simply because you asked me to do it. (That's a trend I've seen around here that I'd like to see go away soon.) A few things: NOBODY knows where the hell the tariff impact is going - it's guesswork at this point (One thing we do know is that a tariff war is never a good idea, yet here we are.) That is the very cause for so much stock/bond market uncertainty and the very cause for alarm Dozens more charts won't help - the future is uncertain with the incompetent Trump admin at the helm ... and YES, the tax cuts have an additional negative effect. And YES, they primarily benefit the wealthy, and YES, they should be the first thing to be deleted The spending bill needs to be killed ASAP. No tax cuts, no SALT, no Golden Dome, no more political bullsh** Let's start to work to pay down the debt. That will help us all. No more handouts to the wealthy.
  21. That's fair. In terms of left-leaning or right-leaning, I think society is finally starting to come to grips with the reality that the majority isn't on either side. The majority is most likely in the middle 70% or so. Let's hope that trend continues. All of the energy spent on promoting team-red or team-blue on social media wasn't actually spent on anything other than to convince us all we're divided far more than we actually are. And much of that energy was foreign state sponsored. The next battle will be to convince people that foreign state sponsorship is real, that foreign states are heavily involved in attempting to divide our country, and that our government shouldn't choose to ignore this threat. In the current whirlwind of conspiracy theories - that battle will likely go unnoticed by most. Make no mistake, the Russians and Chinese have mastered manipulating their citizens decades ago. It is new to us, and we think we aren't vulnerable. The opposite is true. We have proven that we are. We continue to fight amongst ourselves as if we are enemies, while the true enemies continue to sharpen their manipulation skills.
  22. The thing is that dopes like you always think you are in a much higher earnings bracket than you actually are. If your taxes go up, it's because you are on the left side of the graph. And - this is important - it may be time to rethink how those on the right side of the graph keep getting wealthier and wealthier (by a large margin) while people like you continue to make excuses for them as if you were on that right side. Trump was elected president by these very same people. Voters still poor as dirt, watching Trump and others get rich as hell. Trump isn't taking any regular people up with him - just making the already rich even richer. Yet you fight for those rich bastards. Why? I'll never know.
  23. I was recommending that everybody find their own trustworthy news sources (because nypost.com is not one.) Always good advice. What I wasn't asking for is for some dope to give me links I didn't ask for and aren't interested in. Run along, son.
  24. That's little more than semantics bullsh**. The actual cuts or not shouldn't be mixed in and confused with how you predict the media will interpret them. You're obviously already in over your head. Trying to predict the future of the media reaction is many steps too far. Stop. Here's the chart again - show us all how you think these cuts "hugely benefit the middle class" Feel free to ask if you need help with the word 'quintile' HINT: The middle class are the ones in the middle (look for the word "Middle"), and NOT the (3) on the right. The proposed cuts do HUGELY benefit the wealthy. We really don't need more of that. Instead, let's axe those tax cuts to the wealthy. And let's work to start paying down the debt. That will help us all.
  25. Musk is the guy who, for months, had FULL ACCESS to every federal department in the country. And who downloaded every bit of information that was accessible. Every single bit and took it with him. Bombshell: For me and others who sounded the alarm bell and warned you that it could be bad... we were right... and it could get worse. Much worse. Trump sent Musk packing when his other mega rich supporters (and their lawyers) realized Musk was getting a step up on them and everyone they were associated with. Even the mega rich are sometimes slow on the draw. Oh - and another Bombshell: Yes, there is no reasonable doubt that Musk has access to the Epstein files. (Don't forget that DOGE is still operating - even if Elon isn't around.) It just leaves one question: If you give a guy the keys to the kingdom, and then wonder how he has access to everything - how smart are you?
