  1. He beats everyone not named David Taylor for those who don't claim Myles Amine (I do).
  2. Valencia beating Torreblanca is a far bigger upset. Guy has won six golds at the Pan Ams since 2015 and a silver. Here is his results against USA on the Senior MFS circuit... - 2023 Pan Am Games - WIN over Mark Hall via DEC 3-1 - 2023 Pan Am Champs - WIN over Mark Hall via TECH 14-4 - 2020 Pan Am OGQ - LOSS to David Taylor via DEC 8-0 - 2020 Pan Am Champs - WIN over Alex Dieringer via DEC 2-1 - 2019 Worlds - LOSS to Myles Amine via DEC 3-2 - 2019 Pan Am Games - WIN over Patrick Downey III via DEC 7-2 - 2018 Worlds - LOSS to David Taylor via DEC 8-0 - 2018 Pan Am Champs - LOSS to David Taylor via DEC 3-2 - 2018 Yariguin - Loss to David Taylor via DEC 4-4 - 2017 Pan Am CHamps - WON over Gabe Dean via DEC 6-4 For Valencia to beat him is a great feather in his cap.
  3. Johnny D also got handled by Gomez when last they wrestled. He can STFU.
  4. So Anthony Valencia beat Torreblanca. The same Torreblanca that was like 15-0 against Blue Dragons Jr.
  5. @Husker_Du, @BobDole, either of you care to join?
  6. It wasn't me. I let my bias fanboyism control my destiny, even if I know I am not going to win.
  7. I would rather not Zoom for the specificity of keeping it exclusive to these forums, @VakAttack. Also, I am old and technology sucks.
  8. Dom Bradley is on his descent with his 800+
  9. I agree that it should be irrelevant. I also think that it isn't overlooked in the eyes of human rankings.
  10. I mean... 'beating' Focus obviously didn't help him in the rankings.
  11. A former national champ that hasn't won a title in years, or in other worlds a non-qualifier since 2021(?).
  12. It "doesn't" count, but you and I both know that coaches will count that L as much as they count ASC losses. They do but they "don't" you know?
  13. Unfortunately, there isn't much movement for him that can be made at B1Gs either. He loses to anybody but Glazier and he will drop. Unless someone else (in other conferences) takes a fluke loss or three as well at conferences.
  14. Method of win as well as the opponents defeated are factored in to rankings as much as losses, gents. At the end of the day the highest ranked guy he has beaten is Allred, who has actually had an identical record as last year thus far, but has been beaten on in his losses (four of five were bonus losses, included a Tech loss to Cardenas). I know for the sake of argument he has one loss, but every human that does the rankings knows that he also physically lost to Focus as well. The ranking makes sense.
  15. I mean... you can go frame by frame on the video of it and see it is in the entirely wrong spot on his knee.
  16. I called him jealous for whinging about Willie being on Episode 1,000. Earned me that badge... err... block.
  17. I once heard a gentlemen that is one of the top quality gents for JPL say that a 0.5" x 0.75" material is approximately 1" x 3" in dimension. You were not incorrect in the '-ish' part, my friend.
  18. Well who TF said 10:00 AM? Was it Aleutian Time?
  19. Noto likely gets an AQ for the MAC, and that could be the factor. I think MAC might reward those who earn the AQ with the top seed(s).
  20. I think West might get seeded above Noto. They are 2W - 1L against common opponents. Common opponent's this season: Noto, Lock Haven (14-2, 4-1 MAC) - Sotello, Harvard - LOST via DEC 11-8 - Aranda, Cleveland State - WON via DEC 5-2 - Klinsky, Rider - WON via DEC 8-2 West, Northern Illinois (24-5, 9-1 MAC) - Sotello, Harvard - LOST via DEC 11-8 - Aranda, Cleveland State - WON via TECH 16-1 - Klinsky, RIder - WON via DEC 8-5 Noto lost to Clarion's Fischer (15-10, 6-3 MAC). West lost to Central Michigan's Spidle (14-8, 7-1 MAC). West has avenged his loss this year, as well and holds the most recent win over Spidle. Actually looking further in to Spidle and Slinsky and it makes me think they might be swapped, too. The other main factor, that might only matter to me, is that West wrestled against Lock Haven and won. Noto didn't show.
  21. I think it is more along the lines of overcompensation for being so underwhelming in other, more personal areas. The guy is a jealous little child and can't stand when he isn't the center of attention. That is why he blocks anyone who calls him out on his lack of testicular fortitude... because he has none. All three of those are also scientific fact when speaking about said Minnow.
  22. I have been hoping to see him give it a go on the scene, but to no avail. Now, I don't think he would necessarily make the team at 86 KG, but I would love to see him try (assuming he can't make 74 KG a few years out from making it). He is basically following in his dad's footsteps, it seems. Raising another solid generation of Massa Maniacs. Pretty stoked to see what he does.
  23. Needed a reset, mate. High school season just ended and it's my first time coaching full time in decades. I have been creeping and busting balls on Twatter.
  24. Starts out 16-0 on Iowa and 0-15 on Nebraska?
