Stall bars - used for many arm and core exercises. For wrestling, you can start on your knees and climb your way up only using your arms - do pull ups - work your way back down only using arms. Lots of stretching, core work and bands can be used with them as well. Also, you can hang your towels from them.

With Munoz going 202 at U23 you have to wonder if that’s the plan. If so it’s most likely Fouret - Olguin - Harman - Munoz and Attao. If he goes 184 then it will be olguin - Harman - Munoz, JRad and Attao. I’m leaning toward the first scenario.
