Even I recognized it was a joke all in the vain of the Chittum situation.

Burroughs sucks.

Started out 15 -2 with losses to Latona and RBY... wins over Cannon, Byrd, Ragusin, Foley Went 6-7 down the stretch in Feb/March - Lost to Cannon and Byrd,but beat Latona. Losses at the NCAA were to two AA - Mcgee 3-2 and Nagao 4-0. His "worst" loss all season was to Cannon. Overall a pretty decent freshman year. The results to me show the classic freshman wear down at the end added with weight. I think he will be fine. It's not like his losses were to chumps.

Until Chit steps on the mat to complete against elite level NCAA folkstyle competition it's hard to make the determination. What is known is that VV had a pretty decent freshman campaign, won 2 matches at the NCAA and had a lot of 1-2 point "good losses" to AA level wrestlers. One thing is for certain... it will be fun if they face each other.

Reading through the comments, there are some people more upset that Willie and Minnow posted it and called it out, than they are about what Bob actually posted about Alli Ragan.

I'm interested to see if there is a donation number that shoves this to the bottom of the stack.

That is a surprise... he actually transferred through the portal last year... I think you only get one transfer before you have to sit....is that correct? Unless you are going NAIA or D2?

The boards are really both - information and entertainment.... Yes.... a number of years ago on the old boards, this was a regular occurrence. Literally, we would have a thread going for a week and then they would have an article up about the topic the next week taking full credit. I haven't seen it "as much" lately, but 100% they have done that. The fact that they mention boards means they are reading them... the reason they call it "entertainment" and not "information" is because it gives them free reign to plagiarize.

You have to think that kids are very aware of the date at this point because of our 2,398 page thread about it. Taking a few days to make the announcement makes sense.

Has nothing to do with it... Abas wrestled a full schedule all 4 years and wrestled back through consolation. Has nothing to do with only winning 3 titles or at what weight. Now you want to move the goalposts to international where he won a silver at the Olympics at just about the same age that Spencer is now with no international career? Okay.... Like I said, I really don't care about the debate between Abas and Lee, but your Lee glasses just cause you to go into defense mode and start saying stuff that's stupid.
