  1. Actually, I haven't been working out much lately, so maybe just the children. Pretty sure the men would handle me; maybe the women too.
  2. That's actually the worst thing you could have said to me. I'd hurt your whole family right now if I could.
  3. They had three finalists - Mesenbrink, O'Toole, and Keckeisen, and only one of them won. That's a 33% success rate. That doesn't even count the Mirasolas and Sinclair who weren't even in their respective starting line-ups. If I ran an abortion clinic with a 33% success rate, I'd be out of business in a week. Is AWA a failure that should be shut down? Controversial take, but I say no. I say we give them a few more years to right the ship.
  4. Illinois people knew his potential. Had some unfortunately bracketing and refereeing in high school, so I could see how he flew under the radar.
  5. We were supposed to have 4 yrs. of Metcalf-Schlatter and only got one match.
  6. Anyone know how much he got from them? And how much bonus (if any) for winning the title?
  7. Saw someone else listing Ziola as a Hwt. Is that true?
  8. You're missing the point. There's nothing to challenge, but the brick gets Gable a re-start. Are refs allowed to ignore the brick? I doubt it or they would have when Manning used it for a lung timeout.
  9. I don't know if they're obligated, but at least from what I've witnessed they always stop the action. It's especially problematic when they call a TD and the guy stops crawling up the body because he already has the TD - only to have it reversed when he could have completed the TD had it not been called at TD earlier.
  10. Hey, leave Coach Manning out of this.
  11. Yeah - I guess you're right. Nobody would do that to help their guy win a national title.
  12. You don't deserve the porn-stache if you're in the consolations. Ferrari - take heed. Only Wyatt gets to keep it.
  13. Tucked into Elon's shirt and hidden between his rolls of fat.
  14. Gable had about 25 seconds left in the match after Wyatt's TD, but was belly down on the mat. If MN threw the brick to challenge the takedown, they would of lost the challenge (of course) but Gable would've gotten a re-start from the referee's position, where he'd have a better chance of getting an escape. So was MN out of bricks? Were they too ethical to abuse the rules this way? Or did they just not think of this?
  15. DOGE outsourced this to the Intermat message boards. We're just doing our patriotic duty.
  16. Now that's a guy who never got suspiciously muscular late in his career. Great example.
  17. That's kinda the point of the entire thread. The NCAA does not police this in any meaningful way. My kid's wrestled thru HS and college and been tested zero times. The lack of policing is what causes this type of speculation. The "eyeball test" is not perfect, but it's not nothing and it's all we have right now. And this is not a PSU thing; this is an NCAA-wide issue.
  18. These guys are not 17 year-old college kids. These are kids who have been held back, taken RS yrs. - they're adding lbs. in their 20s. I wish I had your level of naivete.
  19. Is there any precedent to everyone thinking that PSU may turn a blind eye to some indiscretions? Any examples at all? It doesn't even have to be wrestling. It could even be another sport.
  20. Bro, your son was juicing. It's time to come to Jesus. Post a pic and I'll tell you within 2 seconds.
  21. We can rule out Chumbley, Keuter, and myself based only on aesthetics.
