    The argument could be made that Levi Haines is #1 overall wrestler while still in college at psu. He is the only one who placed at the world championships (2nd) while still enrolled at psu. That's impressive.

    I did see where wrestling has the 8th most participation on the boys side. But, the quality isn't what it used to be on a team level imo.

    All time high? Can you educate me on the number of wrestlers in high school (2025) compared to 1980? Half the dual meets in my area are forests or pin falls. I live in Pennsylvania. We have lost many division programs including Syracuse, LSU, Tennessee, Auburn, Temple, Portland State, Notre Dame, BYU, and Oregon. There's probably 30 more on the list of dropped programs, but yeah we have more wrestlers now?

    I never said anything derogatory about Ed Ruth. He is my favorite folkstyler off all time. I do hope he is not on narcotics, I never heard anything like that before. I hope your not too upset this morning. Its going to be a great day.

    My post had nothing to due about starrocci. It was a general statement. Being a drug addict is worse than running your mouth on the internet. It is a pretty straight forward statement.

    His full potential is an Olympic silver medal. Wright, Nico, Nolf, Bo, Brown never made it to the top rung in the usa, let alone the world. Ed Ruth made the team once. Are their failures due because they didnt reach their potential? Or are you just ripping Lee because he went to Iowa?

    He might do marginally better at Clarion with it's current roster. But, there wont be many dual wins or national qualifiers, no matter how much fun they have in the room
