Also not reported that any KIAs or Hyundai were involved. The alleged thief/shooter had just been released Aug 13. The other alleged thief had been in violation of GPS tracking device. Sad situation all around, a 16 and 15 year old but its been reported that this is a new strategy for criminals, get the teenagers to conduct the crime because they will be released quickly. Of course we know the rest of the story, it wasn't just about the car.
