    I haven't been able to keep up with who is in the portal and who has already found a new home. Crap! The way these kids are changing teams, is starting to resemble MLB! Are those guys @poorwrestler listed in the portal?

    I knew they didn't "want an aggie"! So I was surprised when I heard people trying to mention Mark Branch and Coleman Scott. I am not sure if any of those "aggies" would want the job either. I mean now they would have to deal with those same controlling boosters.

    There are some Cali Jucos that recruit women for the men's team under the assumption that if enough women join, then the administration has no reason NOT to start a women's program. The crazy thing is that there are women & parents falling for that snake oil!

    It was a stretch to have him at the OU RTC and he didn't make any friends there either.

    I think he is staying at SIUE. If he stays, will keep getting those kids out of Union County Kentucky. I don't think he would be able to recruit good enough to satisfy the OU alumni.

    True. I have heard some OU alumni say that they don't want an "Aggie" running the program.

    Doesn't look like the people that do have OU ties are beating the door down for that job. If the boosters have a challenge with Nickerson, they may never get "their guy".

    I did post that and I was wondering what the seasoned veterans of the this forum (like yourself) would say. It appears that filling the OU position might be a lot harder than originally thought.
