    Already his minions are trying to defund the consumer financial protection department. You know, the department created to prevent fraud and predatory lending that contributed heavily to the financial meltdown in 2007/08.

    It would be a meth lab in a dumpster fire bad if we went military adventuring in Mexico. Afghanistan is an ocean and half a continent away. Imagine if they shared a border with us how sideways things would go. Not to mention the economic impact that would cost us untold billions more than dealing with the cartels and their activities now cost us.

    The thing is Trump just lies so often that by the time one lie is debunked or proven false, he's already lying about something else, so the damage from the first lie is already done, and you're just chasing him from lie to lie. Also I still don't see why anyone voted for this criminal.

    You can't change the rules of engagement if you aren't fighting a war. We aren't at war with Mexico, where we would presumably conducting military action. Unless Mexico consented, then we would be invading a foreign country illegally. Mexico wouldn't cooperate at all. So you'd have the military in a situation without clear goals having to deal with everyone as a potential hostile because they don't want us in their country.
