  1. Your butt buddy Fuentes right there is the one saying it.
  2. My mother in law does, and she said Trump sounded a lot worse. Coming from somebody who was an armed, anti communist rebel, that's pretty harsh.
  3. I'm sure it happens but I don't think it's some widespread thing.
  4. Sadly Americans were fooled by a career con man and convicted felon who's reason for running for president was to avoid going to prison.
  5. Except what Trump wants isn't the law. His interests don't necessarily align with our country and from his personal views or way of doing business, not always legal or constitutional. Plus it's good to have independent oversight where authority doesn't come from just one person's opinion. I always think of the first time Obama met with the people who were in the DOJ. He came in and said, your job is to uphold justice and the constitution, not be beholden to me or anything else.
  6. Because they know what they are doing? It's like asking a chimpanzee whether he thinks it's a good idea to do something. He doesn't know, doesn't care, and isn't interested enough to make an informed decision.
  7. Somebody who is an admitted alcoholic with a history of public incidents involving alcohol, including begging for his current job by saying he would quit drinking if he got it. Having grown up with alcoholic parents, knowing others both in recovery and not, I think I am a pretty good judge of what the behavior of somebody who is an admitted alcoholic is and isn't. And to answer your question? Somebody who is a severe alcoholic is who would do that.
  8. Bigbrog doesn't have the attention span to follow all that.
  9. If Biden had said this, the aspies on this board would have screamed it was a communist takeover of this country.
  10. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.timesnownews.com/world/us/us-news/donald-trump-latest-executive-order-only-president-attorney-general-pam-bondi-can-interpret-us-law-article-118371626/amp How many of you sycophants are going to be able to rationalize this?
  11. How difficult is it to get booted out of the Army? Answer, if you do certain things, it's pretty easy. Being in the Army is working for the federal government. So just like any other job, it is about the same. The reason some positions are harder to fire people is because of either seniority, or a process of due rights that some kind of misconduct or something like that needs to be proven. Like if you're a lab tech who mishandled nuclear material while joking around, you're probably going to get fired and rendered unemployable in that line of work, at least for the government anyway. You might ask, why do many agencies have rules like this in place that make firing people not as easy as telling them they have 10 minutes to pack up and leave? Because they want to keep good employees. Like anywhere else, people who aren't good don't last. There's exceptions definitely, but they aren't the norm. Things are going to always fall through the cracks or not noticed. It happens in the private sector too. A productive employee is more likely to stay somewhere they don't have to worry about their boss coming in one day and randomly firing 10 people because they're in a bad mood.
  12. These guys are the scum of the earth. I bet if they supported somebody other than Trump or had a different message that didn't align with Trump's values, he'd probably laugh at their misfortune on Twitter. Instead because they support him and encourage their basement dwelling followers to vote for Trump, he's trying to use his authority to help them avoid consequences of being criminals.
  13. Romania has different laws regarding this. Here, they'd be held in custody. In Romania they were allowed to be on house arrest. The thing is, if these guys are allowed to leave, they're not coming back. That's why they're trying to get their passports back, just to bolt and never come back to face the consequences. They probably are guilty of something, and would probably go to prison there. But if they leave, Romanian authorities can't do much. I can't recall a sitting president trying to intervene on behalf of actual sex traffickers before.
  14. So where's all the people who are against sex traffickers?
  15. It's not misleading. It's exactly what he did. Because now instead of having people in place who can handle the issues that led to the crash, they're going to have to find new people. Which is going to take more time, and it shows that him or his administration don't really care about air safety.
  16. https://www.ft.com/content/3f951e0b-a9cb-489a-be89-fdf9f996ed27 These two guys are the scum of the earth. They went to Romania because they thought it'd be easier to prey on vulnerable people and that the police are easier to bribe. Trump apparently thinks USAID money going to help improve their judiciary is "woke" because they ended up targeting two of his big supporters online. I hope Romania tells them off and locks these two asshats up for 20 years.
  17. Trump claiming to have gotten through the 70's at Studio 54 without catching an STD and trying to draw that parallel to service in Vietnam, makes me think he's had his fair share and continues on.
  18. Which has nothing to do with the conversation.
  19. Glad to see Trump is handling business. https://apnews.com/article/doge-faa-air-traffic-firings-safety-67981aec33b6ee72cbad8dcee31f3437
  20. Teetotaler doesn't mean you don't indulge in the booger sugar, which I'm sure Trump has for years.
  21. Like a used car salesman with these people. Still waiting to hear about the 2020 election fraud that they swear happened but couldn't prove in court.
  22. If somebody Mangione's him then I'll be the least surprised person ever. Since he isn't technically part of the administration he doesn't have secret service protection. If he does, he shouldn't. Cut the waste of that right there.
