I’d add O’Toole in the mix at 74kg. He should be fully healed if not now soon. Not saying he will make the team, but he has a chance. I would put him on par with Carr and Mitchell.

Wilbert flipped from Okie State to Michigan

Bachman, Turner Ross, Luke Hayden and Colin Rutlin were all at the Mizzou/KU football game this past Saturday.

Crapps was originally committed to Army, flipped to Mizzou and now at Army. But yes, seems like that could be the case. No inside info as to why he left, but I personally wish him well.

I have my fingers crossed , but I’ve learned to not get overly excited until signing day lol. But I’m hopeful. Hopeful we land a couple more of the top tier guys as well.

Interesting. I see the very same on wrestlestat, but I see no news anywhere else and he’s still listed on Mizzou’s roster for this coming year. Which isn’t updated daily so that makes sense. This would be out of left field if he did transfer. Is the portal not closed at this time? Smith said recently that he’s still recovering from ACL surgery and it would be awhile before he was in the mat, but Hawks and Evan Bates would battle for the spot at 197.

Yes. According to their dad, he posted in the Facebook group the wrestling room that they originally committed to NC State because they were excited and it was the first offer so they gave the verbal without exploring all options. He stated they chose Mizzou because the program felt like a family and their relationship with incoming top recruit Dom Bambinelli who they have trained with for several years at Roundtree Wrestling Academy. He also said Antonio is excited to get in the room asap and train with Seth Mendoza.

Teequavious Mills will be there also, brother to Antonio and Ariah. Will be a SR as well. If Mizzou can somehow land Ariah, I would be thrilled. Still a long ways to go for that, but I can dream. I’m sure every big name college are already licking their chops at a chance to land him. I don’t have Rokfin but I believe Willie has Ariah as the #1 incoming freshman overall.

Quite the team Shannon was apart of in High School. CBC in St. Louis coached by Cornell Robinson, previously of Wyoming Sem. Shannon, Vinny Zerban, Malik Johnson and Cevion Severado. Wyatt Henson also the years he wasn’t in PA. Johnson was a Greco World Champ and 4x state champ. Top recruit in his weight I believe. Him and Severado wrestled for a year or so at Mizzou. Severado was also good at Greco. Vinny went back to Illinois his hometown for his Sr year and the other three had graduated. To think for all the success the four of them had in high school, that only Vinny would AA and that Johnson and Severado would leave Mizzou ending up at Lindenwood and Grain Valley for Severado and a community college for Johnson.
