  1. Fix employs the same ride
  2. That was odd. 12 point win where he spent 3 minutes on top doing nothing when he could have easily gotten the tech on his feet.
  3. I should have just said "Allred, is bigger, stronger and younger than Dean"
  4. You know what, you are right. Dean = not great on his feet, but great on top.
  5. Any suggestions? He is great on his feet -- slick takedowns and great neutral defense. A 197 pound Dake?
  6. I would wager the odds of Dean and Warner both missing the podium look very very good.
  7. Actually, I'll call my shot now. Allred wins it all this year.
  8. Does Beard face Dean in consis now?
  9. No but I won't be shocked if he doesn't AA
  10. You have to give credit to Allred. He is better on his feet, both on offensive and defense. Dean is too old and too small for the weight. The only place he had a chance was on top, and in both matches Allred scored enough from neutral to allow him to entirely avoid that. As a Penn State fan, I hate to say it, but I think this shows Dean's title last year was more fluke than a show of dominance.
  11. Dean looked about 65 years old in that match. Time to hang em up.
  12. No shame in Max losing to him again
  13. One can hope. His season has been in a nosedive since the midway point. At the current trajectory he won’t be starting next season.
  14. Also not a bad comparison. But Gulibon did AA
  15. The only explanation I can fathom for Facundo being unable to finish a single shot is that he’s incredibly weak for the weight.
  16. This is the best comparison except Joe Lee at least scored a lot against inferior completion. But both are apt to shoot themselves in the foot.
  17. Aside from Facundo losing (which isn't a shocker based on his plunging trajectory in the last few months) it was a near best case round 1 for Penn State. Lots of bonus, including SVN getting the pin after being down 8-0, pins from Starocci, and Kerk. Iowa lost matches at 133 and 157 but also picked up some bonus. Only downside is Facundo faces #4 Ramierz in consis and is likely to be going 0-2 BBQ tonight.
  18. There needs to be shot clock for reviews. The stoppage in Van Ness-Miller lasted longer than the actual match.
  19. Sebastian Rivera and Jaydin Eierman were on the same 8 year plan...
  20. Rameriz vs Facundo in first round of consys. Looks like 0-2 BBQ for Facundo.
  21. Facundo just isn't that good. Simple as that.
  22. I really don't Facundo. He seems like he should be an offensive dynamo but he just can't finish shots.
