Ellis would have lost, but highly unlikely it would have been by pin. Eventual national champs typically don't lose by fall. I think the highest ranked guy Ellis wrestled that year was Fox, who took third at NCAA's. He lost 6-5 to him.
Yes they did. #4 Raymond Jordan was out for that dual, so Mizzou bumped up at 165, 174, and 184. Ellis was out at hwt also, and Mizzou gave up a pin to end the dual.
Couldn't agree more. You have to keep subscribing to more and more platforms to watch your team wrestle. F*ck that! I'm tired of shelling out $X per month or per year, and then being told that I need to now pay another service to watch what I want. And I could give 2 sh!ts about the quality of UFC Fight Pass. Just show me the matches!
Weren't a lot of people considering them on the hotseat when they went 10 years without a title? And now a big chunk of their points came from guys transferring in? I'll take B. Smith and his recruiting and development.
Rocky started the season injured. He missed the Black & Gold scrimmage, and their first 3 competitions. A poster on another board I read said he was coming off of surgery, but I can't confirm that.
Sorry internet dad, I guess profanity and name calling is pretty mature though. I've seen you call other posters dickheads, douches, and cunts, while getting into pissing contests with numerous other posters. Grow up and practice what you preach.
They shouldn't have been DI in the first place. When you go from DII to DI, you jump from 36 to 63 full ride football scholarships. A school like Lindenwood with 7,000 students can't afford that for long before having to cut some other programs. All about the Benjamins.
