  1. You can clown emoji me all you want but you're displaying a lack of wrestling knowledge. The year Figs beat Ayala he took losses to Provo, got majored by Sprately, and even lost to Renteria. So no. Would not be an upset
  2. Those losses have absolutely nothing to do with how he stylistically matches up against Ayala.
  3. Yes, I prefer to use actual results and I said "if" he fills in to the weight nicely
  4. We have history between the two. Figs won 7-2 at NCAA's '24. He'll have an entire season at 133 under his belt to adjust. If he fills in to the weight nicely than they go into the match as a toss up
  5. Wouldn't consider that an upset
  6. Doubt it. If anything it would be a big story for 48 hours and the only people who would care after that are Iowa fans and a few other haters
  7. He wouldn't be able to compete this upcoming year in PIAA if he was currently 19. Has to at least be 18 until the end of June
  8. Yes, the pace of building slowed in the last decade, foreclosures were high, exclusionary zoning rules, etc etc etc.
  9. Gradually started before this but the big shift came in the 90's with the rise of Howard Stern and Jerry Springer. It culminated with the Clinton/Lewinsky scandal. Meaning the public was ready to shed the US "morality myth" that made it's last stand in the 80's.
  10. I think this has been the case throughout history. Rich and famous always get a pass breaking certain social norms vs the common man. I've always seen it as the common man is perceived to be the more decent human so is expected to have higher values.
  11. I hope we can all agree this is an awesome P4P list and a lot to be excited for. Team USA looking bright for the future
  12. Robert Kraft? I don't know anyone who cares except Bills and Jets fans
  13. There is no such thing as outright ownership, freedom, or privacy. This concept is a Disney fairy tale. Our country is structurally set up to provide us with levels of these rights and types of ownership.
  14. Yes he is. No one with any self respect counts his DQ to Matt Hamil as a loss
  15. 185 is deep. I'd have him at #9 with a fight set up against Strickland. Yes he's a title contender if the chips fall his way. I don't think he can beat Imavov but can beat Driscus.
  16. Yes he is. I took mspart's statement as in a career.
  17. Jon Jones if you accept the Dominick Reyes decision and former champ Khabib if you accept the Gleison Tibau decision.
  18. I think Bo has been properly labeled as a high level prospect. That outcome can go both ways. As for RDR I think he's properly rated. Outside the noise and spectacle of the last fight he was and still is considered a legit contender for the title. He's up there in age so the window is small.
  19. I guess you didn't get the memo. It's not 2011 anymore. The fighters are far better now
  20. For sure. He looked bad. Like really bad
  21. What I am saying is Bo has more talent to become a better skillful striker with his hands like Cain Velasquez. Neither Gaethje or Chandler have that talent nor did they ever possess that. Poirier pieced them both up because both of them have the same blueprint; head down, move forward, swing. Their hand skills are average. And yes, Gaethje has an awesome leg kick. His KO of Poirier in the rematch was nuts
  22. At this stage is his career he's more talented than both of them in striking. Michael Chandler just learned head movement a couple years ago and Gaethje has no real boxing skills. He just puts his head down and swings. Luckily he has hammers for fists
