Once again you are taking a extreme position and overvaluing, overestimating, exaggerating, and over hyping China's power. Just a suggestion, read a non looney article and you'll soon come to the conclusion that China internally has major issues, problems, and an unsustainable long term plan.

Because they as well as the Trump administration believe he is a member of MS-13. From Noem vs Garcia page 33: "Respondent stated that he intends to apply for relief in the form of asylum and adjustment of status based on his relationship to his fiance, whom he intends to marry. The Respondent also argued that he is not a danger to the community. He has no criminal convictions. He denied being a gang member and objected to the admissibility of the Form 1-213 and the Prince George's County Police Department Gang Field Interview Sheet because he lacked the opportunity to cross-examine the detective who determined that he is a gang member. The OHS opposed the Respondent's request for bond. The OHS asserted that the Respondent is a verified gang member. The Respondent was arrested in the company of other ranking gang members and was confirmed to be a ranking member of the MS-13 gang by a proven and reliable source. The OHS argued that the Form 1-213 is admissible as a legally reliable document in immigration court. "

From what I've read there is no evidence he was a MS-13 member. Maybe I'm wrong and he was but we might never know. Garcia had a withholding order. He wasn't supposed to be deported. It shouldn't be hard to acknowledge that the DOJ messed up.

-He was accused of gang ties via hearsay. The man who accused him provided no proof. -Another informant claimed he belonged to a MS-13 gang in somewhere NY. There is no proof he ever traveled to NY. -The government claimed he was MS-13 because of Chicago Bulls gear. That's it. -To this day no one has provided any concrete evidence he was involved in any gang activity.

Sometimes I think Americans shouldn't be allowed to discuss the issues of other countries because we tend to have an inadequate understanding of their issues.

The best thing to do is just stick with Pascal's wager. Reasons for is that it is easy to do, it's free, regardless of the outcome you still win even if you're wrong (would be impossible), and it free's you up to think of more fun things like girls and sports cars.
