I would argue that there is little justice served when you are tried by your own political party and saved when it came down to a party line vote. This guy is a POS who gives sweetheart deals to pedophiles who just happened to have enough political capital to escape impeachment.

A different affair than the Rippey one?  If that one, wasn’t he separated at the time (but she wasn’t)?  I’m not a big fan of his either but he certainly seems like the 2028 betting favorite to me, doubt an affair will bring him down.
