Ya I remember that. His neck right. I thought it was career ending! Great to see him back strong! He maybe #4 guy but I would rank him #2 behind Younger.

I am 100% a fan with 3 of my kids wrestling in college. It is nice when someone creates something for the fan experience that doesn't cost any money like wrestle-stat. My wrestling and coaching are now done. Weird being just a fan! Also rankings during this age of social media mean way more now to these kids!

Wow. You have 3 wrestling in college that's great. Will they all be starting this year? Good luck to them.

No

Awww. Feldman is 0 for 3. It should be some good matches again this year. Feldman looks healthier this year. I think he has put on a few more pounds of muscle. We shall see.

How many guys would Kueter have beat if he wrestled Ntl Duals?

He'd have gone 3-1, losing only to Feldman. 50/50 chance he'd have lost to Luffman from Illinois, but I gave Keuter the theoretical win over Luffman because he placed at NCAAs and Luffman didn't (Luffman is 1-0 against Keuter).

He wasn't 100%.  He wasn't going to beat Lufmann or Doucet.

I'll take your word for it. Has Keuter at least been hitting the weight room and trying to grow into HWT?

Rankings, ratings, predictions, computer based, human based, etc….who gives a flying fook. Haven’t we learned by now, any D1 college wrestler at any given time can perform way beyond any of the above. That’s why stats in wrestling mean squat.

You're on a wrestling discussion board to tell us it's not worth talking about what's going to happen in wrestling?

Was trying to be a linebacker until he wrecked his leg and couldn't do summer/fall football. So not looking to get heavy🤷‍♂️

When will coaches give up on the guys who want to wrestle AND play football? Can you think of any HWT wrestlers who actually did jack shit in football while in college? The last one I can remember is Steve "Dr Death" Williams, and he was wrestling back in the day of unlimited HWT. Stephen Neal played on a SB team, but he didn't play a single down of football in college as I recall.

You misunderstood - doing so here and among wrestling fans/friends is fun, it’s the professional data dudes who are behind the published rankings I take with a grain of salt.

not a 285, but (possibly) Josh Hokit, Fresno State. 5th at 197, 2019.

Curly Culp was an NCAA champ and is in the NFL HOF who played football as well as wrestled in college.

Yeah, but that was literally decades ago. I guess my example of Steve Williams is also decades ago, lol.

He’s losing to Feldman based on what?

Based on the fact that I think Feldman is a better HWT.

Kueter being 3-0 against him while being injured says differently but you’re allowed to have an opinion

From what I hear, Kueter must be injured 100% of the time.

Nah, he was healthy this year before the 3rd period against bellarmine. Should be healthy again by the time he faces Feldman though
