The most stupefying statement came at the 1:30 point when member of the supreme court states her biggest concern is someone's "view" that the First Amemdment " . . . hamstringing the federal government in significant ways".  !!???!!!!  WTF civics class and law school did she attend?  If her education was subsidized I want my money back.  That is EXACTLY what the First Amendment does.  "Congress shall make no law . . . "  It's right there in the f'ing words!!
