I heard a longtime cardiac floor nurse agree with others on her floor what they think the cause is and she stated the bruising in both hands in combination with the significant swelling in his legs is likely from getting lasix administered due to congestive heart failure.

Because he would potentially be on blood thinners when they move the needle port around it would cause very similar bruising to what he is showing on the back of his hands. Combine that with his recent comments about the afterlife and his press secretary confirming he's not doing well it seems like a logical explanation.

They had her on the news because her opinion was so relevant right ?
