If there is nothing there, then what was the fisa judge angry about? There most certainly was criminal behavior on the part of the the administration. Fabricating a crime and perjury. The entire process was designed to steal an election with a false criminal allegation.

Yah; tell me more about this FISA judge being angry, what he/she was specifically angry about, and how Obama was responsible for it. You're a LONG ways from providing anything close to being enough for an arrest, still.

Your evidence against Obama is a youtube video where Kash Patel states that a judge was angry? Are you frickin' serious?

It's a simple overview of the facts, which are common knowledge at this point.

Yah; that's already known information, and doesn't imply that Obama himself did anything criminal. It was also during the last Trumpstard administration (6 yrs ago) so if they had anything on him for that they would have charged him then. Absolutely nothing and a bunch of BS.

More From Turley of the legality here:

I disagree with the use of the charge of treason being thrown around with this release. Based on this evidence, it would be hard to make a criminal case against Obama, let alone the specific charge of treason. However, there are good-faith allegations raised about prior congressional testimony of key players in the Obama Administration. There may be viable criminal allegations ranging from perjury to obstruction to making false statements to federal investigators.

It is too early to gauge the basis for possible criminal charges. However, the release of this new evidence is both historically and legally significant. There is now a legitimate concern over a conspiracy to create this false narrative to undermine the incoming Administration. It proved successful in derailing the first Trump Administration. By the time the allegations were debunked, much of the first term had been exhausted. That is worthy of investigation and the public has a right to expect transparency on these long withheld documents.

The silence of the legacy media is hardly surprising, given the key role the media played in spreading these false claims. Most media outlets find themselves in an uncomfortable position, having fostered an alleged conspiracy for years. Most reporters are not keen on making a case against themselves in spreading of these false claims.

So he seems to be saying Obama is in the clear but those that lied to Congress may not be.  It is too early to speculate on possible criminal charges, but this release of documents in historically and legally significant.   I agree.

Completely disagree.  Trump made the mistake first time around that the people in charge of justice were in fact committed to justice.

So it’s looking more and more like Gabbard was just yelling “Obama Obama” for the headlines and the minions, meanwhile you have these sudden file dumps and Johnson shutting down Congress early with important stuff on the table, all of this with gathering heat on the President.

I don't think that is what  he was saying.   I think he was saying  that this won't touch Obama but may the others for the false testimony they gave to Congress.   Emphasis is on may.   Obviously to your point we won't know until charges are filed.   And depending on your thoughts on this, it is either likely to happen or unlikely to happen.  So wait we will.

I disagree with Turley here, but he’s got time to change his mind.  He may have missed that Brennan covered himself with a note memorializing his informing of Obama, in the summer of 2016, that Hiliary had authorized a scheme to connect Trump to Putin, in an effort to deflect from her server scandal.  The kicker here is that the information had come to Brennan through Russian intelligence.  Obama knew from the beginning that the whole thing was a hoax, yet he didn’t just allow it to continue, he urged it, guided it, and kept it secret from the people of this country.  That may not meet the Constitutional definition of treason, but it doesn’t miss by much.

I agree it would be political suicide to go after Obama even though his hands appear to be all over this.   I don't think the SCOTUS decision would protect him.    But Rs would most likely take an electoral beating if they did it.   I think it would be easier for them to go after Comey, Clapper, and Brennan though as they testified before Congress and lied.

And I'm not sure DOJ will go after anyone.   I would be supportive if they did, but this could be a case of diminishing returns.   The Ds are on the verge of self destruction all on their own.   Perhaps it is wiser to just let them fight each other and go crazy left until no one supports them.

I'm still holding my breath waiting for them to press charges against Obama. LOL.

No charges but I heard they stopped drawing up plans for a Mount Rushmore addition.
