Has USADA officially said it was DHEA?  I say this, bc my understanding is they didn't buy the connection to the pneumonia situation.

I did a little research this morning.  Granted, others may do better research, but I was unable to find any official USADA press release about Brooks positive test or suspension. Also, his name is not yet on the list of athletes sanctioned by USADA- a list that includes the substances and consequences.

Now, maybe he did foolishly test positive for Wegman's DHEA, but we are also dealing with a couple unreliable sources here.  I'd say that it is in the realm of possibility that the substance wasn't purchased at Wegman's.

CP said on FRL that the latest he's heard was that Brooks and NLWC are anticipating a 3 year suspension which they will then appeal to attempt to have it reduced. Apparently when you "accidentally" break USADA's rules 3 times you don't get the benefit of the doubt.

Yes, that is what I've heard.  I'm just saying that the whole "DHEA to recover from pneumonia" story has come out of Brooks camp and that is it.  Maybe it is true, or maybe it is damage control.  I wouldn't be surprised if it is a substance other than DHEA.

I haver no problem with anyone who is a non-believer (of any religion).  What bothers me is how people like him go out of their way and enjoy attacking the religious beliefs of others.  Almost like his extreme atheism is a religion unto himself.  He, of course, has the right to do so; but I feel bad for such a sad little man.

There is nothing about him during the time he supposedly lived. 

Myths & stories, maybe based on some religious types during the time. Even the Four Gospels read like "we read the first one and are adding to it" - the stories don't add up.

Nope, don't have it all figured out, just know it does not make sense. Mormons with Joe Smith killed in a gunfight after "marrying" 15 year olds, wives of his "Apostles" and mother-daughter combinations & shilling for money as a convicted con man? Why not make fun of them? White supremacist cult that has major problems with Child Abuse/child sexual abuse. 

Then we have so many other "religions" that, if examined - are as bad or worse. Not an athiest, more an agnostic who does not believe the myths and will gladly piss on BYU - who quit on Wrestling, dumping the Athletic Director at the time because he was not tall enough and a wrestler - at the same time they dumped mens gymnastic program. Girls in leotards and sports obsessed with balls - even their major Church Headquarter building is a big, tall WHITE shaft with two balls at the bottom.
