He walked them back less than 3 days in as he caused a market crash and the 10 and 20 year yields to crash. 

 

So yeah...I'm pretty sure if he hadn't done an about face on the entire basis of his economic plan, we'd be headed off a cliff. But how genuinely stupid do you have to be to ignore the ENTIRE context of that "90 day pause?"
