In a related story; Goebbles faces Germanophobic attacks after commenting that Adolf is very misunderstood.

I think the attacks were more Hamasophobic in that people are very afraid Hamas will do what it always does - attack and kill.  And Mamdani seemed unable to opine that is would be best if Hamas would just stop doing that.  Allah and Islam have nothing to do with this fear.  Indonesians also believe in Allah and Islam but no one is phobing over them at all.  Just the Kill Kill Hate Hate Hamas Islams.  So, No, NYT.  No Islamophobia is going on here.  How about trying to do some journalism for once?

A California resident who admitted trying to assassinate the US supreme court justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 was sentenced on Friday to eight years and one month in federal prison.

Sophie Roske, who was charged under her birth name Nicholas Roske but now uses female pronouns, was sentenced at a hearing before US district judge Deborah Boardman in Greenbelt, Maryland.

 

 

The judge called Roske’s crime “absolutely reprehensible” but said she showed sincere remorse, has no other criminal history and is not likely to reoffend.

Roske pleaded guilty in April to attempted assassination and had faced a potential sentence of life imprisonment. Prosecutors said she traveled from California with a handgun, ammunition, a crow bar, pepper spray and other items with intent to commit murder “for terroristic purposes”.
