1. they are all dying in the genocide

Egypt has taken in 9 million refugees total and 100,000 Palestinian refugees since the start of the conflict. 

This is why just guessing and then googling trying to confirm your existing beliefs is...probably not a great idea(though I expect nothing less from you).
