Sure. Plane given to USA to use as Air Force 1.  Air Force 1 is for the president. Trump is the president. USA, under direction of Trump, then gives plane to Trump Presidential Library before next president takes office.

Yes, the question was about how were Biden’s vacation trips different from Trump’s.  The obvious answer is that the property Trump took his vacations to is a business owned by him, so he directly profited due to the expenses incurred by  the rest of the staff that was there.
