Downey was being investigated for sexual assault, he threatened to beat up a few women's national team members, posted a video of him with his then girlfriend online without her knowledge, posted a video of him taking a dump for some reason (glad I didn't see that or any of these since I don't follow him on social media), and had been such an asshole he got kicked out of two different RTCs. I'd classify that as worse than being caught with a hooker.

Meanwhile, Downey, who you are a big fan of for some reason did about 20X what Snyder did and was not wanted just about anywhere.
