This is another lie that keeps getting told...please tell us what the EXACT wording was from the SCOTUS and then tell us EXACTLY how the Trump administration "ignored it"...

When I used the word “ignore” above, I was referring to Stephen Miller’s comments, which “ignored” the part of the ruling that ruled against them.

Nonetheless, as I’ve stated previously, I’m aware the ruling stated they needed to “facilitate his release.”  The admin claims by offering a plane if Bukele chooses on his own to release him that they’ve satisfied this requirement.  But Trump admitted he never even asked.  And the official White House X account posted that “he’s never coming back,” IANAL but that doesn’t seem like “facilitation” to me.

Where in the SCOTUS ruling did it say "return to the USA"??  It says help facilitate his release...which I believe he has been...in El Salvador.  And yes he is never coming back here...period!

It is laughable how people play mental gymnastics to what is clear language to somehow make it seem like the Trump administration is ignoring the SCOTUS ruling.  Believe me, I'd be the first to condemn Trump and his administration if they in fact did ignore a SCOTUS ruling as that should never happen.  You and the MSN are doing everything in your power to twist the situation and provide shade for an illegal alien who has committed many crimes while here and is a gang member...for what...because you hate the president of the USA...how sad is that?!

He didn’t know how. Fairly simple to understand

That wasn't the question.

Did Biden ever say that he didn't know whether or not he had to uphold the constitution?

A simple yes or no.

He doesn’t say anything of his own volition anymore.  He just reads what his aids put on the teleprompter.    Then goes and sits on the beach.

constitutional crisis

How does that have to do with Trump not knowing whether he's supposed to uphold the constitution? I don't think I mentioned Joe Biden at all, so it's kind of strange to see him being mentioned so frequently for no reason.

Pretty sure he has not been released (he was just transferred to a different prison), but if you have a link please share.  If he was released, why isn’t he back here via the plane we offered? We were told the only holdup was Bukele not releasing him.

The ruling said to “ensure the case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador.”  How can they do that if he is not in the US?

Sorry, but you’re the one doing mental gymnastics here.

the crisis is the 'deep state' taking control of the policies that depts use

they write laws...

btw, stop gaslighting us.

your thread title has nothing to do with what trump said.

he didn't ask if he needed to uphold the constitution

he was talking about what rights illegal aliens had under the constitution...

so you can gaslight away... but i think what i posted is a bigger constitutional crisis than trump being unsure about what foreigners rights are

The discussion was regarding deporting illegal aliens.  When the question of the constitution came up this is the context and why he responded that if they had to do millions of jury hearings, that would be too expensive.

KRISTEN WELKER:

Your secretary of state says everyone who’s here, citizens and non-citizens, deserve due process. Do you agree, Mr. President?

PRES. DONALD TRUMP:

I don’t know. I’m not, I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know.

KRISTEN WELKER:

Well, the Fifth Amendment says as much.

PRES. DONALD TRUMP:

I don’t know. It seems — it might say that, but if you’re talking about that, then we’d have to have a million or 2 million or 3 million trials. We have thousands of people that are some murderers and some drug dealers and some of the worst people on Earth.

KRISTEN WELKER:

But is —

PRES. DONALD TRUMP:

Some of the worst, most dangerous people on Earth. And I was elected to get them the hell out of here and the courts are holding me from doing it.

KRISTEN WELKER:

But even given those numbers that you’re talking about, don’t you need to uphold the Constitution of the United States as president?

PRES. DONALD TRUMP:

I don’t know. I have to respond by saying, again, I have brilliant lawyers that work for me, and they are going to obviously follow what the Supreme Court said. What you said is not what I heard the Supreme Court said. They have a different interpretation.

The question was about due process and the constitutional guarantee of due process.   Due process does not mean a jury trial in the case of immigration.   An immigration judge stating the illegal needs to be deported is due process.   It's best to understand things based on context.   The context is due process in deporting illegals.  The context is not the Constitution which everyone is trying to make this.

The next question is why is the press and the left willing to die on the Abrego hill?  If he does come back, he will just be deported again.   The conditions of his "stay in the US for free card" are not the same as they were in 2019 and he could easily be deported with those details brought before an immigration judge.   The man was transporting illegals using his boss's car with no license to drive.   And the boss is in jail for transporting illegals.   Put 2 and 2 together folks on Abrego.   But the questioning that has everyone all jittery was all about the treatment of illegal aliens.  You'll notice that no one is talking about the child citizens who were deported anymore.   Because it was  a non story.   Mom was being deported and wanted her children to come with her.   Period, end of story.   No apologies for not investigating more and figuring that out on their own, the press is completely out of control on their non investigative approach to reporting news.   This is very much the case.   Take a quote out of context and run with it to show the Pres does not feel he has to follow the Constitution in any case whatsoever.

Due process is part of the Constitution.

Are you people really going to try to rationalize this? The guy is clearly unfit to be president if he can't even answer a simple yes or no question about the core duty of the office.

I'm glad you are back to the issue at hand rather than Trump saying he won't follow the whole constitution.

This guy had due process in 2019.   The conditions of his situation have changed.   Therefore his immigration status changed.  But to say he  hasn't had due process is not true.   Due process for this deportation is another question which SCOTUS said Trump need to facilitate Abrego's return.   Does that mean going in and storming the castle?   Does that mean asking El Salvador nicely?   Or something in between?

Well they haven’t even “asked nicely”

Bukele has said he will not deport Abrego to US .   He is a criminal there so that won't happen.

“The question is preposterous. How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?” Bukele, seated alongside Trump, told reporters in the Oval Office Monday. “I don’t have the power to return him to the United States.”

So chances are that it is not going to happen.

There is no rationalization.   Trump doesn't want to bring him back.   He is listening to the attorneys with responsibility here.  Again, the question revolved around jury trials for all deportations all illegal aliens and he wasn't sure that was a good or proper idea.  That is where he wasn't sure.   He said they will follow SCOTUS.   Legally, what does facilitate mean?

Due process was given Abrego in 2019.   The conditions of that are now no longer a deal.  So his protective order of  release into the country is no longer valid.   I really don't see an issue.   If he comes back, he will be deported again.

which due process should take place first;  the hearing for his illegal entry? or the hearing for his gang relationship, travel with convicted human traffickers car and address, domestic abuse, large drug and cash possession, or just start with the deportation?   we should do them all before or after he comes back?   The precedent was ship them out since before Clinton.

Last question Do you want to financial support all these?
