Jealous.   Name any other rich guy that has done what Trump has done on the national stage in politic s that was not in politics his whole life.   It aint just luck that gets you there.

Trump ran for office because he was going broke. There is a difference. Also other wealthy people, people even more than him have run and honestly they weren't too bad. Ross Perot comes to mind and had he kept it together he was somebody who could have really carved out a legitimate 3rd party. But most wealthy people have no real desire or need to run for office. Trump just did to boost his brand and draw attention to himself. Once he realized how easy the grift was he stayed with it.

That must be why he didn't take a salary. It all makes sense now.

Doesn't need a salary when he's getting paid by Musk to promote his stock and auto sales and using his office for other means of profiting, such as making meme coins, etc.

How about the first time when Musk wasn't part of the equation?

Well, he's also been working for Putin, so he must get some money for that. When Putin tells him to bend over, his response is "how far?"

I think there are a lot of senators and congressmen/women that are obviously in politics for the money/kickbacks. You don't think there are way easier ways to make money than be president of the US under constant scrutiny and getting shot at?

A lot of people who do run, and win, are already rich.John McCain wasn't particularly rich, but he married into a wealthy family that allowed him to pursue his political ambition. If he hadn't done that, I don't think he becomes a force in politics.

He worked by day
and toiled at night.

He gave up play
and much delight.

Dry books he read,
new things to learn.

And forged head,
success to earn.

He plodded on,
with faith and pitch.

And when he won,
trimp called it born rich

If he was sleeping in his chair wouldn’t someone have snapped a pic and got it on the news?

here is one for you boss

Biden is no longer the president, and will never run for president again. He's not a Trump foe in any way at all.

People like you (and Trump) really need to stop misdirecting Trump discussion to a past president or foe.

Don't bring up Hilary, don't bring up Bush, don't bring up Obama, focus on what is in front of us and forward.

Living in the past doesn't help anyone.
