Did Manning use his brick at all?  If not, he should have given McDanel a lung brick.

He attempted to use it at end of an earlier match but he held on then threw it too late after match over and Angel took it away from him.  This is why they need a 4th grader sitting next to the head coach.  Manning loses the simple math battle.

link takes you to Harley-Kueter exchange in question.

I agree that this should have been a TD for Andrews.  I’m sure Adam Tirapelle agrees.  Saw your post on HR, it’s funny that Iowa fans complained so much about Rivera from yesterday if anything he was more favorable to them but overall I thought he did fine

lol... he got out to the side

Getting out to the side shows some intent to turn.  Smith did literally nothing

Lol no it wasn’t.

Yes it was. I just went back and watched it. He was literally still in the process about breaking him down a second after mat returning him.

The dummy ref just realized he was about to get riding time and felt like looking clever.

the match was not over. the period was. and there was a blood stoppage.

the rule is stupid and the call was bad.

Kennedy did make at least one legitimate attempt to turn.  Smith made zero

b/c you say so.

he had no INTENT to turn

you keep changing the bar and now come back with this

good day.

The rule says “attempt.”  He definitely attempted at least once (compared to zero for Smith).   I can timestamp it for you if you’d like.

I’m confused though @Scouts Honor.  Earlier I used the word “intent” and you laughed at me using that word.  Now you’re using it and saying he had no intent to turn?

you really dont see you moving the bar do you

first it was... riding with no attempt to turn is stalling

then it became he thought about turning

next it will be he thought about faking an attempt to turn...

etc

Intent and attempt are pretty synonymous IMO.

But I’m confused because first I said intent and you laughed at me using that word. Then your defense is you saying he “had no intent to turn”…
