MizzouFan01 Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 (edited) Mizzou flips Antonio and Teeqavious Mills out of GA. Previously committed to NC State. Apparently following Crapps and Bambinelli. The more I read, looks like the whole Mills family are wrestling hammers. Edited December 12, 2024 by MizzouFan01
flyingcement Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 Sounds like they also temporarily committed to Little Rock between commitments to Mizzou and NC State. Hopefully they have found their final destination, but something wouldn't surprise me if its not.

Lots of things can happen between now and actually getting on campus to wrestle for a lot of high school kids. I wasn’t aware of the LR news, but hopefully as you said Mizzou is their final destination. I couldn’t imagine the recruiting process for these kids. Tough decision for any 17-18 yr old kids. If I was in their shoes being excited, I might have committed to the first team to offer me as well 1
1032004 Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 So how common is it for brothers that are both D1 prospects to go to different schools? Seems like it doesn’t happen all that often which surprises me.
Jason Bryant Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 Wonder if all of them are a package deal? I think there’s 19(?!) of them. Insert catchy tagline here.

I haven’t the slightest clue, there does seem to be a lot of them though. I’ve heard the little brother might be the best of the bunch.

Both top 40 recruits in their respective classes.
AgaveMaria Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 (edited) Can hardly wait until they come out to the mat with their theme song playing. In case they are Jewish or supporters of Israel they can use this one. Edited December 13, 2024 by AgaveMaria ” Never attribute to inspiration that which can be adequately explained by delusion”.

Catka brothers went to different schools and wrestled each other. Hunter to VT and Ryan to Virginia. The Stout brothers went to different schools. Mac to Pitt, Luke to Princeton. They are in the same weight class but have not wrestled to my knowledge. The Gioffre family has two kids at Virginia (Jack and Michael) and one at Mizzou by way of Cal Poly (Logan). Jack and Logan compete in the same weight class but have not wrestled. 1
