Take the L Trip.   Most on the forum disagree with you, the jury disagreed with you.   You can have an opinion that he choked out Neely, but that does not seem to be factual.  You say Neely was murdered but again, that does not appear to be factual.   C'mon man, just take the L man.

If you think others should give up when "most of the forum" disagrees with them.

And you decide that their position "does not seem to be factual" because of the disagreement, both forum and jury.

Then you simply do not understand what it means to truly have free speech.

Free speech is, at it's most important moment, when the rest of the world disagrees with you.

  • That's when it's easiest for others to try to quell your opinion.
  • That's when it's easiest for hateful others to pile on against you.
  • That's when it's easiest for small minded people to blindly go along with what others are doing.

We don't all have to agree. In the last Presidential election the popular vote of D vs R was some 49% each way. We are anything but in agreement. And we'll go forward just fine thanks to the US Constitution and those of us with allegiance to it.

Never had that happen. Did the guy Penny murdered try to light somebody on fire? The closest to that I ever saw was a guy pulling out a Samurai sword at a light rail stop to break up a fight.

That’s too bad.  I thought you would have advice for the poor victim here guess you don’t.

I can’t answer your other question.  Penny didn’t murder anyone and I don’t know if you saw.  A court exonerated him.
