Transitive property + wrestling math + not accounting for guys getting better. When Ramos was up at 133 he lost to Cannon 1-0. Cannon the following year beat Crookham 3-1. Blaze beat Ramos 4-1 in OT. Thus Blaze clears and I am filled with 100% confidence in this evaluation.
