Parris vs Batirmurzaev for Gold.

Parris beat him 11-0 at Worlds last year.  Batirmurzaev was up 4-2 when he pinned Geno, FWIW.

He is capable of beating Parris.  He was up on Zare a couple years ago before he CRASHED 21-10 (yeah it's a football score...).

If you were a Chicago White Sox fan you would realize it is also a baseball score.

kiyooka looks really legit when he decides to wrestle. I dont think mason will play the upper body game with Batir.. hopefully.

Mason let Batir play it...

I knew it all along... lets consider it reverse psychology Batir definitely was on the boards and saw that, fell right into my trap.

Pretty decent tournament for Austin, I think it's good he got to feel a lot of these guys. Was necessarily in it to beat anyone but was also not completely blown out of the water.

65kg had some talent, it always does, he did about as good as possible, the draw was helpful.

He outplaced the reigning world champion, so I would say it was a good showing.

I stated something factual.

Gomez placed 4th.  The defending world champion at the weight placed lower.

Yazdani looks sharp.

Dauletbekov, who is now the 2nd most proven wrestler in the potential 86 KG Olympic field (and the #1 seed), just got Teched 10-0 by him in 4M33S in the Semifinals.

Dauletbekov defeated Amine 3-1 in the first round, so Amine will not medal.

Hidlay now faces Yazdani in the finals.  I am hoping it is competitive.

If Zhamolov wins in the finals I assume he will be the rep for Uzbekistan although he has not blown me away so far.

Hidlay is the most underrated US wrestler of the last 5 years.

Even against Yazdani I expect it will be competitive.

This statement is wild and inaccurate as all hell.

I am not so sure that Brooks is going to have anything for Yazdani.

We haven't seen anybody do what he just did to Hidlay on the senior level, domestically, ever.

I thought Trent did ok with the handifght honestly every area of the match seemed competitive outside of on the edge and whizzer seatbelt where he got absolutely worked.
