Donnie was a big HS recruit, great on the younger circuits at the international level. Had a good career at BU, coached at BU, spent some time with Rob Koll at Cornell before following Pat P to NC state. After than he returned to Cornell. He's a great coach and understands the SUNY system & has learned how to restart a program. I think he's a great fit & we build Buffalo into what it should be.

I could see Vougar, but he has maybe ten years in him at most. 

We are really getting to the point where relatively younger coaches need to be filling these positions.  Old ass mofo's who have already run ten programs into the ground need to start going fishing.  

Just like Mckenna should have been yesterday afternoon...

I'll be watching to see who gets the job. Knowledge of SUNY system definitely a plus.

When I was at UB they were a D3 school with no football team. Heck of a bowling squad though.

4 top 20 NCAA finishes and 3 ACC Championships at Maryland,  1 top 20 NCAA at Stanford. Go have your mom heat up the meat loaf..
