Where the hell was that slacker Gilman?  I thought RBY said he mainly rolls with him and Bartlett these days. Nick Lee looked pretty big. Was hoping also to see Gilman participating in dodgeball though Dake and Snyder were participating.

I hope RBY pulls back the curtain and gives us a peek into his nutrition and weight cut too. He said he's already made the weight and is trying to hold his weight down near 57kg but it sounds like it hasn't been very pleasant for him.

Hmm, this didn't really reveal much.  Dodgeball, drilling, conditioning...

If anything it just shows the effects of having such a stacked room with dozens of NCAA titles, World and Olympic medalists, MMA stars...

Already verbally committed to Oklahoma but i’m starting to wonder after this vid!

I mean I will admit it did look kind of ~fun~. Flo did a training at Iowa video years ago and it looked like a prototypical wrestling room with the intensity turned up to 11 and Gilman (could have been Ramos, don't remember right now) yelling at teammates to get the lead out, lol

I’m still confused about the RTC system…

 

NLWC has its own locker room in the PSU facility?

Is there any other sport where non students have personal access to on-campus facilities?  (And I know it’s not just PSU where this happens)

The track clubs at various schools do as well. Bowerman, etc.
