The Russky and Chinois Navies are reportedly the gayest on the planet.

Remember the French Foreign Legion? They are much like that, except not foreigners so much.

Endless supply of Bud Lite on those ships. Nothing wrong with that. Can be had cheap if you don't mind a born-on date that is older than your socks.
