Correct, no one on this forum knows for sure whether she married her brother.  I do know the admin’s recent track record with these politically-motivated prosecutions isn’t going very well.

nobody knows anything for sure but there is a point where it becomes moronic to not draw a reasonable conclusion to the overwhelming facts. very rarely does law enforcement ever pursue evidence for something they don't already know.

It’s certainly difficult to fight your lies.  I said politically motivated prosecutions, not investigations, if there even was one started under Biden which I haven’t seen good evidence of.

A simple google will tell you that the Biden administration started a financial investigation of Omar or whatever her real name is.

He’s not wrong. They did initiate an investigation into her finances.

But he was trying to claim the finance investigation was tied to the current immigration one.  Except Trump1 had already started an immigration one before the finance one.  So if they are tied together like @Offthemat says, it was “initiated” under Trump1.
