The article claims political speeches cannot be given at ground zero and also he is flying to Ireland for a Golf tournament at one of his clubs that day and it's easier to fly out of DC than NY? Apparently he can give a speech at the pentagon... I would think a president that is from NYC no less would be present for a ceremony like this when all others will be.
