No I meant actual fight…

I get what RAF is trying to do making their matches seem like MMA events and calling the wrestlers fighters and all that…one of the few things I don’t particularly like about RAF..

Real American Wrestling is a legally registered corporation that makes quarterly SEC filings - you can see how much money they take in from investors

I'm sure the US Air Force gave them a couple hotdogs and some spare change to plaster their name all over RAF broadcasts as a primary sponsor

SEC.gov is undergoing maintenance. During this time, webforms will not be available.

Looks like this site is working now.

May 2025: $3.5 million of stock sold.  Only people listed are Bronstein, Hulk Hogan, and Terri Francis - the three cofounders of Real American Beer. Address is listed as Chad Bronstein’s personal home, a mansion in Tampa that just sold this July for $4.4 million.

Speaking of the founding of Real American Beer, I came across a couple interesting articles.

Bronstein founded a company called Carma HoldCo, a “celebrity brand and licensing holding company.”  He was fired in 2023 before launching Real American Beer in 2024.  However Carma is suing him and Hogan’s estate for an alleged breach of contract due to how RAB started - https://www.brewbound.com/news/hulk-hogan-real-american-beer-concept-swiped-by-former-executives-lawsuit-alleges/

Separately, Bronstein was named in a lawsuit against Carma filed by Mike Tyson and Ric Flair alleging a RICO conspiracy (yes you read that right).  Bronstein appears to be the only common name across both lawsuits - https://nypost.com/2025/12/23/sports/mike-tyson-ric-flair-sue-cannabis-company-for-50-million-for-alleged-embezzlement-scheme/

December 2025 - Bronstein only person listed on SEC form.  $500k of stock sold

May 2026 - a few new Wall Street douchebags enter the fray.  Harley Miller, Jonathan Lubert, Alexander Crisses, and Arjun Kapur.  $11.4 million of stock sold.

August 2026 - $19.5 million of stock sold.  Same other 4 people still listed.  Bronstein’s address is now listed as a PO Box.  One of the other addresses is a 12,000 square foot mansion in Scarsdale NY that last sold in 2017 for $6.9 million.

Looks like they’ve definitely been able to solicit funding.  But this doesn’t give us any information on revenue, viewership, etc… Will there be any sort of public filing with any of that information?

We know they’ve been able to get rich guys to give them money, which is commendable. Hopefully the Air Force isn’t spending much taxpayer dollars to sponsor it though.  And I can’t imagine Cael’s Cookie is paying much. I know they also have gambling and nicotine sponsors but those guys will sponsor anything.  I got the feeling Shane Sparks wasn’t crazy about reading some of those ads.

I guess the question is, are they actually profitable (or anywhere close to it), or is this just a charity project for rich dudes?  Which honestly I’m fine with, but if that is the case we shouldn’t pretend it’s something it isn’t.  Hopefully it’s not another Hometown International situation, but if it is at least we get a pretty good product to watch and not just a random deli owned by a high school wrestling coach.

We are now at the point of the thread where 1032004 has started doxxing RAF's board of directors because he doesn't understand the difference between an investor and a board member

Harley Miller runs Left Lane Capital, which was one of the original firms that invested in RAF

Form Wall Street Journal two days ago:

The Hunt for AI-Proof Assets Is Leading Investors to Sports, Casinos and Travel

Harley Miller, founder of Left Lane Capital, is an early investor in Real American Freestyle, a family-friendly wrestling league co-founded by Hulk Hogan in 2025. Miller said the business has shown real momentum, with a growing fan base willing to travel to attend tournaments. “These are hard assets, and they are difficult to replicate,” Miller said. “It’s not speculative stuff that is going to get mousetrapped by a new large language model release in a year.

”Venture-style returns"

Left Lane is also an investor in the Pro Padel League, the Snow League – a professional winter-sports league founded by Shaun White – and League One Volleyball. “These are not vanity trophy assets for us,” said Miller, whose firm’s other bets include consumer brands like Blank Street Coffee and 7th Street Burger. “We are looking to make venture-style returns,” typically a multiple of the original investment. The hunt for AI-proof businesses has extended beyond sports and entertainment to hard assets like manufacturing and power.

Lol that’s not doxxing, I didn’t even list any of those publicly available addresses, and one of them they don’t even live in anymore.  If anyone doxxed them it’s you by telling me to look up that info and where to find it.

I also didn’t say anything about who was an investor or board member.  I just listed the names of the people on the forms you suggested I look up.  May 2026 was the first time those guys showed up on the forms.   In your other post you said Mr. Miller was an investor.  In the May and August 2026 forms he is listed as a Director.  So he’s been both, sounds like he was an investor in 2025 and became a Director in 2026.

I’m guessing you might be one of or connected to one of those Wall Street douchebags?

Preview from Askren, who is/was of course paid by RAF.  No info on where to watch, although 2 of the 6 comments are asking how to watch, 1 is complaining about Russia, and 1 is a reply to one of the questions asking where to watch saying you need to pay for a Russian streaming service.

I don’t see any chance it’s not on YouTube, or else all this marketing for the event would be the worst business decision since Bricks and Minifigs didn’t give Bryan his Legos back.

Nah….i think it’s pretty therapeutic. I don’t mind the back and forth on a forum board but there’s certain ways to talk to people and some lose sight of that because they’ve been allowed to get away with it for so long. Go a couple rounds, work it out and we’re all friends again…

I told you RAF was subject to SEC disclosures - you took it upon yourself to look up home addresses like a psychopath

How many restraining orders have you had filed against you?

Zero.  I did not share any addresses. You must be one of those people that thought Harrison Butker got doxxed when someone said the name of the town he lived in 🤣.  I do think it’s great that people living in $10 million houses are involved in wrestling though.

This all started out with @1032004 wanting to watch the product and asking how, and now it's devolved into RAFwiki repeatedly throwing out personal insults. If @RAFWiki is not actually involved with RAF whatsoever, then @Husker_Du should force him to change his username because it is a poor reflection on the organization. Someone asks how to watch the event their name represents and rather than be any sort of help, he's been rude, arrogant, and demeaning.

It takes a certain type of person to voluntarily spend their time on a forum only to be a d*ck to the majority of the people there.

I can’t get a good handle on who he could be.  In one of his first posts here he said he replied to a RAF social media post asking where it would be streamed and said his post was deleted.  But then not long later he becomes a piece of RAF propaganda and starts speaking Russian.

I have no idea who could be so passionate about defending RAF to anonymous forum nerds.

RAFWiki is in no way affiliated with RAF. he's a very passionate fan of the league.

and though i don't agree with every single point he makes (or everything he does), he seems like a genuinely good/optimistic guy and one of a few making sense in here as opposed to the most prominent thesis which goes like this...

"they shouldn't have gone to Moscow because it's too complicated but also i'm pissed i can't watch because this is so awesome"

which, if you can't process it, is completely contradictory

lol no.

Most people that enjoy wrestling will still watch it even if they don’t agree with having it in Russia.

And many of the people posting in here haven’t even commented about that part, multiple people simply said something to the effect of “asking how to watch isn’t an unreasonable question.”

Less than 6 hours out and still nothing from RAF about how to watch.  I have been following their Facebook to see if they do.  Most posts include comments asking how to watch, usually from different non-anonymous people, although there is also one particular guy yelling about Russia on a lot of the posts (no that’s not me).

Still a big advertisement on the RAF website directly below the ad for RAF Moscow to sign up for Fox Nation for $2.99 to “exclusively” watch live on Fox Nation.  If this event is not live on Fox Nation (even if it’s free on YouTube), I better not hear you ever complain about Flo again.  This is terrible business practices. I can say that and still want to watch because I like wrestling.  And I do want RAF to succeed - but this is just not a good look if nothing else for the streaming situation alone.
