  2. The rosters are being uploaded to the USAW database not USABracketing directly. I believe they upload the afternoon of weighins. We have until noon to make our changes.
  3. you can do it that way but that doesn't mean he has to, nor does he have to keep quiet about it, in fact I'm pretty sure he thinks its his duty to evangelize.
  4. Today
  5. Not true. I am a Lutheran (Christian) who leaves room for other beliefs. How do we know that God didn't reveal himself to other people in different forms, with different names. And I am not the only one to believe this by far.
  6. My friend. I only went through a few pages of your posts. You're a treasure trove of grunge lyrics. I could make a few albums!!!
  7. its like watching every decision i've ever made vindicated in the course of a song...
  8. @ionel I present to you Hammer Lock & Post. ***Disclaimer all words are original to Hammer and the video contains curse words & offensive language. Proceed with caution.
  9. Oh- I must have got my wires crossed somehow. At any rate it would have been ironic if did have a Muslim covert brother though…
  10. For the 2026 season, there is still a lot to be figured out. But a few projections from WS on who is expected to be a non-freshman redshirt this year 125: Noah Michaels, Rider (started last year as a true freshman while Tyler Klinsky had a non-freshman redshirt year of his own); Tyler Garvin, Maryland (started as a true freshman for Maryland but struggled with a 5-21 record) 133: Matty Lopes, Lehigh (ended up starting as a true freshman as Crookham was injured); Gage Walker, Missouri (as a true freshman last year at 125, he filled in for Noah Surtin who unexpectedly had to medically retire. 141: Tyler Wells, Oklahoma (new Oklahoma transfer is listed as an expected redshirt this year while also bumping up a weight) 149: None 157: Grigor Cholakyan, Stanford (True freshman national qualifer for the Cardinal listed as a redshirt while Daniel Cardenas who completed a non-freshman redshirt year last year comes back to the starting lineup) 165: None 174: None 184: None 197: Ryder Rogotzke, Ohio State (2X NQ pinning machine is bumping up and redshirting after the Buckeyes agreed to terms with incoming transfer Dylan Fishback) 285: Daniel Herrera, Iowa State (National qualifier last year as a true freshman filling in for the injured Yonger Bastida); Collin French, Rider (started last year as a true freshman, but gets the chance to redshirt this year after Rider agreed to terms with incoming Ohio State transfer Hogan Swenski.

  13. I kinda hope he gets elected. I’m thinking about putting up my house next spring/summer, which would be just a few months after he takes office. Another New York exodus to South Florida would be good for the market!
  14. Y Control by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Which likely won't work....Corduroy by Pearl Jam...Rocks the intro to the first season of Naruto...Where is my mind by the pixies...Smells like teen spirit but I hate to give such a main stream answer

  16. Let’s break it down clearly: 1. What is a tautology? In formal logic: A tautology is a statement that is true by its logical structure alone—no matter what the specifics are. Example: “Either it's raining or it's not.” That's because it's always true, regardless of any real-world facts. In rhetoric/language: It's redundant repetition — saying the same thing twice in different words. Example: “free gift,” “armed gunman” — the added adjective doesn’t add new meaning. 2. What’s a doctrinal statement? A doctrinal statement makes a claim about reality or belief — it's asserting something, not just repeating or being true by definition. E.g.: “Jesus is the only path to salvation.” It's not true by definition, and it doesn’t repeat the same meaning redundantly. It expresses a belief that must be evaluated on its merits. 3. Why “Jesus is the only path…” isn’t tautology It isn't logically true by form alone—take away the subject, and it’s no longer valid. You could question or deny it. It isn't just repetitive or redundant. It's a claim about religious truth—thus, it’s doctrinal, not tautological.
  17. Whats your favorite song?
  18. So you're saying if someone says "I'm a christian, and I think christ is the only path to salvation" thats not tautological, its doctrinal? Whats the distinction between the two? Is it not tautological because a tautology is self contained statement?
  19. The quote you provided is not tautological. Understanding Tautology A tautology, in logic, is a statement that is always true due to its logical structure, such as "It will rain tomorrow or it won't rain." In rhetoric, a tautology involves unnecessary repetition of the same idea using different words, like "free gift." Analysis of the Quote The quote expresses a theological viewpoint emphasizing the significance of Christ's resurrection and the exclusivity of salvation through Jesus Christ. It does not involve a logical structure that is always true by necessity, nor does it repeat the same idea using different words. Therefore, it is neither a logical nor a rhetorical tautology. In summary, the quote is a doctrinal assertion, not a tautological statement.
  20. Seems criminal to me.
  21. No. Every professed christian thinks christ is the only path to salvation. Despite it being an odd time to blurt it out, his statement was tautological, and no thinking muslim would be offended by it. Again the outrage is political in nature, not religious.
