Snyder's suspension lifted by SafeSport. On Monday, May 19, Kyle Snyder pled guilty to disorderly conduct. This was a lesser charge than he originally faced after being arrested on May 9 for soliciting a prostitute. The penalty for the disorderly conduct charge was a $250 fine. Snyder also completed a class at The John School, a course “designed for men arrested for soliciting sex.” Snyder, who was not in the courtroom in Columbus but appeared via a video call, shared what he learned from his experience and the course, stating:
