  4. They look to be giving up … a few hours ago House Oversight subcommittee votes to subpoena DOJ for Epstein files https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2025/07/23/politics/house-epstein-files-subpoena
  5. Apparently the CSC has reached an agreement with the Class Counsel to treat the collectives the same way they treat other businesses when evaluating NIL deals.
  6. The judge said the Trump Administration arguments were too weak ( "extensive public interest" and "transparency to the American public") to qualify as special circumstances under Fla law. But the administration is free to make stronger legal arguments. We both know they won't. Make the weakest possible argument, get denied, throw your hands up and say "gee whiz, we tried", then hope it goes away. It won't, especially now that the WSJ is reporting that Bondi told Trump in May that his name was in the Epstein files (different from Grand Jury testimony) many times. Next step, go to Maxwell and tell her if she says she never saw Trump, Trump was nowhere near Epstein, etc. then they will shave a whole lot off her 20 year sentence.

  8. A Chicago illegal alien. Released under Chicago’s safety act. They found a body of a woman he murdered in a container in his back yard. It was there for two months. Disgusting. He decapitated her. Chicago’s mayors comments on the news. Transcript below. Glad he gets his due process lol. Only after the dead girls mom went to some event in dc and told the story to Trump did the pos get deported. Um, yeah, 00:01:38 --> 00:01:39 I have a quick, you know what, 00:01:39 --> 00:01:41 I have a constitutional right to ask my question. 00:01:41 --> 00:01:42 You do? Okay, 00:01:42 --> 00:01:44 I asked the question. I'm a credential member of the press. 00:01:44 --> 00:01:47 I do have a constitutional right to ask my question. Absolutely. 00:01:47 --> 00:01:47 William, we want, 00:01:47 --> 00:01:50 we want to get to your question and I'm trying to, 00:01:50 --> 00:01:51 if you didn't interrupt me, 00:01:51 --> 00:01:52 I would be done with my question. Sir, 00:01:52 --> 00:01:55 this is not the first time I respectfully ask you to ask the question. 00:01:56 --> 00:01:58 I'd like to finish my question now. May I? 00:02:00 --> 00:02:06 The Megan boss decapitated her body abused in a in a dumpster, 00:02:06 --> 00:02:10 in a bleach filled dumpster on this man's property. Right. Okay. 00:02:12 --> 00:02:14 You have stated over and over and over again 00:02:14 --> 00:02:15 that you don't want ice in Chicago. 00:02:15 --> 00:02:20 If that had been Stacy, if that had been your wife Stacy spotty, 00:02:20 --> 00:02:21 it has been decapitated. 00:02:22 --> 00:02:23 That's not appropriate question. 00:02:23 --> 00:02:25 Yeah, it's a very real people, 00:02:25 --> 00:02:26 the people of Chicago 00:02:26 --> 00:02:29 are asking me to ask you this very specific question. 00:02:29 --> 00:02:31 Had that been your wife Stacy, 00:02:31 --> 00:02:34 would you want ice to pick up this illegal alien? 00:02:35 --> 00:02:36 I'm not gonna entertain your question. 00:02:37 --> 00:02:38 You're not gonna answer. Well, okay, 00:02:38 --> 00:02:40 my final question is regarding, 00:02:40 --> 00:02:43 I actually believe that what you're saying is quite threatening. 00:02:43 --> 00:02:45 What is quite threatening really? 00:02:45 --> 00:02:46 Can we move on to the next person here? 00:02:46 --> 00:02:47 Excuse me, but no, 00:02:47 --> 00:02:49 I, and if you continue to behave in such a way, 00:02:50 --> 00:02:52 We'll just make sure that we take the appropriate steps. 00:02:52 --> 00:02:53 You are threatening and provocative. 00:02:53 --> 00:02:57 This is a question that the real people of Chicago are asking. William, 00:02:57 --> 00:02:58 please give me the microphone. 00:02:58 --> 00:03:00 We ask for respect. We give it to you. 00:03:00 --> 00:03:02 I expect this. This is a very serious question. 00:03:02 --> 00:03:04 We understand. Please give me the microphone. 00:03:05 --> 00:03:06 I do not want to have this conversation. 00:03:07 --> 00:03:10 Please have more respect for the office and for yourself right now. 00:03:10 --> 00:03:11 This is a very serious question 00:03:12 --> 00:03:14 that the real people of Chicago are asking me to ask. 00:03:14 --> 00:03:16 And I am seriously asking you to show respect for this office 00:03:16 --> 00:03:17 and give me the microphone. 00:03:17 --> 00:03:19 What about the respect for the real people of Chicago 00:03:19 --> 00:03:20 who want this question asked? 00:03:20 --> 00:03:21 Hey, and answer. 00:03:21 --> 00:03:22 We are done, sir. 00:03:23 --> 00:03:24 Please give me the mic. Thank you. 00:03:24 --> 00:03:26 Thanks. All right, bear. 00:03:26 --> 00:03:28 Good afternoon. Good afternoon from the.
  9. Ben shot all the time. I'll agree he didn't have the best shot or cleanest finishes, but he had enough to get his hands locked around a leg, and once he got there, he wasn't going to lose from that position. Ben knew that if he could just get in on a leg, he could create scramble situations that favored him. And what Ben did wasn't invent scrambling. Scrambling has always existed. What he did was turn what seemed like a spontaneous sequence of events into a calculated and technical aspect of wrestling. In the "Funky" flo film, he talked about a particular scramble situation (I want to say far ankle but I'm not sure) and off the top of his head he goes through "If I do A. he can either respond in 2 ways, if he does A. then I do this, if he does B., then I do this, then we end up in this position.." and so on. He is truly one of the greatest wrestling minds of all time IMO.
  10. Give me a good reason the Obama judge should block the release?
  11. Trump said Coca Cola was going to make coke with sugar. One week later, Coke made the announcement themselves. An example that negates your axiom. Therefore your axiom is incorrect. mspart

  14. Judge denies release of Jeffrey Epstein transcripts in Florida Geoffrey Berman, then the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, announces charges against Jeffrey Epstein on July 8, 2019, in New York City. A federal judge in Florida has denied a request to unseal grand jury transcripts from a separate Epstein case in Florida. A Florida federal judge on Wednesday denied a request to unseal grand jury transcripts of a federal investigation into disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. President Trump had called for the release of grand jury testimony related to Epstein, who was accused of sexually trafficking children, in response to pressure from lawmakers and some supporters to show more transparency with the case. U.S. District Judge Robin Rosenberg of Florida said in her ruling that 11th Circuit law does not permit her to grant the government's request and that her "hands are tied." https://www.npr.org/2025/07/23/nx-s1-5477567/jeffrey-epstein-transcripts-florida
  15. Pendleton was a beast. So fun to watch. I appreciated Askren's funk but its not like scrambles weren't awesome before Askren. And right or wrong I tend to associate Askren with the "bait ya until you shoot because I don't have any good shots myself" styles.
  16. You over use the head in the sand defense.
  17. The RAF 01 card is starting to come together. The organization posted another matchup for their August 30th card, and it's an interesting bout. One of the most decorated wrestlers to sign with the organization will take on an up-and-coming talent as Kyle Dake takes on Aeoden Sinclair. Dake is a two-time Olympic bronze medalist, four-time world champion, and the only wrestler to win four collegiate national titles at four different weights. Just over a month ago, Dake fell in two-straight matches to Zahid Valencia in the 86 kg contest at Final X. It's the first time since 2017 that Dake has not appeared on the world or Olympic team. Sinclair was the #3 overall recruit in the high school Class of 2024 and signed with the University of Missouri. Even though he redshirted during the 2024-25 campaign, Sinclair did gain valuable experience in duals and tournaments. Sinclair’s most notable win came over Minnesota’s All-American and Big Ten champion Isaiah Salazar. Another solid victory came over veteran Zac Braunagel of Illinois. After the collegiate season, Sinclair made waves at the US Open where he made the finals of the U20 and Senior divisions. A few weeks later, at the U20 Trials, Sinclair won the challenge tournament and made it to the best-of-three finals against Minnesota All-American Max McEnellly. Sinclair won the first bout, but McEnelly swept the final two to clinch a spot on the world team. This will be an excellent test for Sinclair as it has the potential to be a current star against a future one. With the addition of this match, the RAF 01 card now looks like this: Matt Ramos vs. Nathan Tomasello (135 lbs) Real Woods vs. Darrion Caldwell (145 lbs) Austin Gomez vs. Lance Palmer (155 lbs) Sarah Hildebrandt vs. Zeltzin Hernandez Guerra (120 lbs) Kennedy Blades vs. Alejandra Rivera Arriaga (150 lbs) Kyle Dake vs. Aeoden Sinclair (190 lbs) Bo Nickal vs. Jacob Cardenas (205 lbs) Yianni Diakomihalis vs. Bajrang Punia (155 lbs)
  18. Did Paul ever say he “paid it all”?
  19. I bet there would be more than a few people who complained if other teams followed Cleveland's example.
  20. The 2009 freestyle match was the year after Ben made the Olympic team. Chris had not been training the year before because he thought he was done competing. The argument that Ben was better than Pendleton relies on the assumption that Ben coincidentally jumped several levels immediately after Chris left. I think the freestyle match is good evidence against that assumption. Ben was always great. There were just two years where he didn't have to face Pendleton.
  21. He lies 10x more than all those people put together. He literally lies every single time he says something. Think about it. The report didn't conclude that there was any collusion between Trump and Russia so if any evidence was "manufactured," it sure couldn't have been much.
  22. We sometimes forget the resident Viking is a self admitted pro terrorist supporter.
  23. And they’re still terrible
