Is it burning yet?

Not sure I'm tracking... Uguev won 2018 + 19 worlds + 2020ne olympics and was the heavy favorite in 2022 until RUS was banned. Lebedev held down the weight for a few quads before that and won at least a couple world titles and added multiple medals, and the guy who beat him for the 2012 spot won olympic gold. No one knows what would have happened at the olympics last year because RUS was banned. Whoever they send as their world rep in a couple months is in the medal hunt at the very least.

That's fair, and I think we are mostly in agreement. It's using "impossible" that I really only disagree with
-
I can see that NJ being #2. But dang NC having all those programs and CSU gets the axe. So much history there.
-
Yeah, I think the offseason will be slow on the forum and hopefully they'll have it together by the start of the college season. I can see a lot of folks checking back in around then to see if it's available. Can you still post? Maybe tell people to come here and we can have a mini-forum for the time being?
-
Yes, that's correct. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), a $100,000 salary in January 2020 has the same buying power as a $124,353 salary in April 2025, according to CPA Practice Advisor and HR Dive. This difference reflects the impact of inflation over that period

If there was any kind of lawsuit brewing, how long would it take to become public?
-
I'm not being cynical, I am being 100% serious when I ask: what kind of message is being sent to kids who are the future of our sport, and every olympic sport hanging on fear dear life at this point, that there are no consequences for pissing hot and being suspended for two years?

Borshoff steps down - per Intermat

I love this idea personally. A couple other names to consider would be Scott Green & Donnie Vinson. Yes, I know Vinson just took over at Buffalo a year or so ago, and is doing a great job recruiting/building there, and I know Green seems excited about working with Nickerson. But, Binghamton is both of their alma maters and that means something to a lot of people. Other names: Nic Bedelyon (I know he applied and was a finalist for Kent State HC job), Ramos???, Hayden Hidlay (gets him a HC job closer to home). -
My cheapo week ran out today lol. Not a lot of talk on the new board as of yet. Hope they get things figured out, I'm not paying anything when the majority of the boards are free.

As is the 157 national champ.
-
I wouldn't mind seeing him in the ACC, it could help lift up one of those programs but he would get more exposure in the B1G.

Thanks for the info. Fingers crossed -
Agree 100%. VT/ACC would be a great fit for him. His profile, both on and off the mat would likely skyrocket. In the B10 or 12, he’d be just another really good wrestler,
-
I won't argue, you may know him. I read the tweet he called Minnow out for rumors and then turns around and does the same thing.
-
This was the case a few years ago. But I don't think it still, unfortunately. New Jersey is 2nd.

We're less than a week away from the 2025 16U and Junior National Championships - affectionately known as "Fargo." Thousands of wrestlers will descend upon the FargoDome in search of "Stop Signs" representing national championships. They will seek to etch their names next to some of the already-legendary names below which are the Junior National Champions from Fargo for the last 15 years. Junior Men's Freestyle Junior Greco-Roman Junior Women's Freestyle

I thought they had the money to save Cleveland State? This means they wanted it gone no matter what. So the 2nd best state after PA only has 3 D1 programs. So sad. But when you see all the other sports being cut I am thankful along with additions to women's wrestling. But honestly how does NC have double the amount of D1 programs over OH??
-
It is weird that VT was in the “top 4,” and Bo claimed “all the NIL offers were similar,” yet it seems like we haven’t heard much about them since the decommitment. He could probably the face of the ACC
-
Isn’t the guy who beat Henson at Nebraska?
-
He would have to face at least Azarpira domestically en route to the international arena. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to see him do it as I am a fan but avoiding wishful thinking and being realistic I think the odds are heavily weighted against him.
-
At the very least, mediocre middle weights isn't true, anymore - depending on your definition of a middle weight. They have beaten us at 74 KG, 86 KG, and 97 KG within the last two years.
-
Johnni DiJulius not holding anything back
-
He could get a medal without facing any of them. Certainly not counting him out, let alone calling it impossible.
-
I disagree. He isn't looking for clicks. He genuinely believes it because someone he trusts has told him this.
