  1. Past hour
  2. You’re a bit of an instigator, aren’t you. How’s the guitar fittin’?
  3. Who might this someone be? mspart
  4. John Paul and Francis are two notable exceptions to the enumerating. I agree with what you are saying. It has been a tradition. mspart
  5. This is good news for America and for Trump. As he rolls out more deals, news will just get better. The coop de grat will be getting the beautifully big bill through and tax rates go down and spending goes down and the economy gets better and better. Oil prices are down. That is good news. mspart
  6. So where they did they land?
  7. They’ve been numerating the Pope papacy name going back to like the third century, just part of the history and tradition. The first Leo was in the year of our Lord 440. Since about the tenth century or so pretty much all of the Popes have been numerated. I’m not Catholic either but my wife was and I’m a huge fan of history, so…
  8. It is an illegal or visa alien's 1st amendment right to protest and take over buildings and trash them and cause economic damage. That is the essence of free speech. Or is there a difference to saying something and acting on something? mspart
  9. I managed to pick one up at its bottom. Up 30% as of now.
  10. I don't get this at all. You think it should be more about whether you were good enough to start 4 times? More eligibility for guys who weren't good and less for guys who were good enough to start?
  11. He's the 14th Leo. Can't he be a bit more original? Pope Francis went that direction. Congratulations to him and the church to avoid a protracted conclave. Hoping for good things and a long papacy. For full disclosure, I am not Catholic. mspart
  12. Chicago born, Villanova grad, Cubs fan. It is like they chose one of my family members.
  13. I agree with @WrestlingRasta’s opinion of Putin, but I see continuing, expanding the war, more death and destruction as the wrong path. The europeans engineered this predicament when they relinquished their energy dependence to Russia. Someone warned them about this, and they scoffed at him. As long as Russia has money and nukes they can keep killing. They are obviously willing to sacrifice a lot of people. May be the saddest part, is our war mongers best sales pitch is that it’s keeping our munitions plants busy.
  14. It lists where they went?
  15. Correct. You don't care about context, it is just what he said. With reference to what? The context matters. And I can tell because this is no longer a thing in the news. The alphabets are no longer talking about this. So it was easily explained as we have explained it. It is a silly discussion started as a troll job. mspart
  16. First ever American Pope. Hugely surprised over here.
  17. No, look at my quote... y'know the one you responded to. I said 1953. So, that was constitutional law at the time. You would have enforced it, correct?
  18. You already know there's a portal list in Wrestlestat, intermat and Flo.... you already know the answer.
  19. Today
  20. What is ignorant is you keep saying he said something, or inferred something that he didn't...all because you, which you clearly stated, don't believe context matters.
  21. Let me ask all those screaming "DUE PROCESS" (Vak, RV, UB, etc.)...if an illegal alien and/or work/school visa person from another country is caught breaking the law, school policy/code of conduct, etc., would you consider it "due process" if the DA decided to not press charges (or in the case of the school they were going to kick them out) because they would be deported anyway for said offense after discussion with ICE and/or the school and thus the person is deported??
  22. Plessy v Ferguson was from 1896. So congrats for not knowing your history. I believe you might have been trying for Brown v Board of Education, but that decision was in 1954. And I don't know why you'd be looking to bring up a 130 year old SC decision. The point of this post isn't what is in the constitution, or what interpretation there is for parts of it It is that our current president is either ignorant of what his job entails, or cares so little he never bothered to familiarize himself with what he's supposed to do.
  23. My opinion on the matter is that both you and Rasta are essentially right at the same time.
  24. I'm hoping everything stays put until after I make an investment at the end of the month so I can buy low!
  25. Walz is so out of it. He is the Governor of Minnesota and had no idea how much stock the pension funds owned of Tesla. The Minnesota pension fund lost 400 million dollars when Tesla's stock fell 200 hundred dollars. He was cheering for it to keep dropping. What a dunce. Now he is thinking about running for President.
