  1. Past hour
  2. No. @VakAttack said $400 million. I don’t see a dollar value to Trump. He gets a nice plane regardless. It would be like saying refurbishing the White House makes him richer.
  3. What if there's proof of past acts/transactions? Who knows how big of an investigation will be had or what else they may dig up.
  4. LOL. I'll cop to arrogance, as will most lawyers, but you still simply have no idea what you're talking about. First of all, they don't prosecute you for libel, it's a civil claim. And any such suit in this situation would be thrown out immediately based purely on New York times Co. v. Sullivan (I'm sure you've heard of it). I'm sorry your feelings are hurt because you don't know what you're talking about. Legal words have legal meanings in legal contexts, and while it's arrogant to say you have no idea what you're talking about...it's also true, as evidenced by all your word salad.
  5. Wait there was something else going on with the PSU team/NLWC the last few days besides this?
  6. For such morality based religious team. They sure have a series of interesting characters. Hookers and d sucking all in the span of a few days isn’t a great look
  7. When you follow Calvinism to it's logical conclusion you land in determinism or that God determines all that happens. Calvinism is a wicked Gnostic system and Snyder's response sounds like someone that adheres to Calvinism to me.
  8. Snyder has to make scratch weight because he lost his +1
  9. A lot of it depends on what the court interpretations prior to this case (precedent) allow for. The statute uses very simple language, but it doesn't define what "compelling" means and if it requires a simple attempt to get someone to have sex for hire, or if the alleged victim has to be a real person. An Ohio attorney on their page here: https://www.columbuscriminalattorney.com/sex-offenses/internet-sex-sting-operations/ Says you can be charged for Compelling Prostitution out of these types of stings, but does specify that it all depends on the specific facts of the allegations.
  10. Well on the PSU board they are implying this wasn’t his first time doing this. Hopefully not while he was living in Cael’s basement.
  11. Learn to count, Spencer.
  12. Think it’d be wise to just convert to gold or take the losses?
  13. I think this is a matter for the BBB to be honest.
  14. I’m very interested in where the twins land. I thought Iowa was in the drivers seat but OkieSt has been making a big push… also, heard they might be making their announcement this week. Who do you think wins this recruiting battle @Husker_Du?? I just don’t know how they will fit in the Pokes lineup, either Vega or Wolbert will sit the bench. And probably one of the brothers since Jax will occupying 133/141. Crazy depth
  15. Are you just playing semantics with the fact that he’ll have a plane worth $400 million and not $400 million in cash?
  16. How in this instance would he be prosecuted for "compelling prostitution" when it was a sting operation
  17. So outsourcing products from other countries is cool now? Hard to keep up. I’m sure there were no strings attached to this “gift”
  18. Memory of an elephant? My understanding is it's more like the memory of a giraffe...
  19. I checked online and it seems Ohio is similar to how you described Florida. 3rd degree misdemeanor as long as the person is 18 years of age or older. Felony for a minor or someone with developmental disabilities. Also a felony if the solicitor has previously tested positive for HIV
  20. That's not more than 60%.
  21. Hmmm, a quick read of some Ohio statutes is a BIT more concerning. Again, not an expert in Ohio law, but there is a "tiered" system for sex offender registration there and a "Tier 2 " sex offender includes someone convicted of "compelling prostitution." Gonna have to see the formal charges (when law enforcement arrests you, the charges on the police report aren't necessarily the charges you will face once the prosecutors look at the case).
  22. Don't worry twitter has your back
  23. They had 6… same as Iowa.
  24. Doesn’t sound like trafficking to me from the article at least. With thad said is he really married and was at a wedding? Was she there and did he leave to get with said tute? Snyder, a three-time world champion, was taken into custody by the Columbus Division of Police’s Police and Community Together (PACT) unit during a sting operation on the city’s north side. Authorities said he allegedly responded to an online advertisement and arranged to meet undercover officers at a hotel. Police said Snyder exchanged money and solicited sexual acts from an undercover officer before being arrested on a charge of engaging in prostitution.
