I think the line is saying or doing things that go against what most people would consider civilized behavior. Like not handling criticism, telling kids and parents who ask for a reasonable accomodation for something that they are weak and should leave or other non printable things. Then when people on social media talk about them, interrupt and threaten to assault them. You know things like that. I had one now deceased youth coach threaten to sue me and send me harassing messages because I told him he was a conspiracy theory crank (which he was). Then he told me that he knew all of these famous wrestling people and he could do whatever he wanted because of that.

So assuming this is a real lady who had all the kids and was getting welfare for them and not working at all etc etc. Should she get $10k/month in welfare benefits or not?
