Do illegal aliens use social security numbers of USA citizens?
Tripnsweep replied to jross's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
I actually know firsthand about some of that. A friend of mine years ago was in a bar and I don't know exactly how things went, but he got involved in a fight or argument and the person he was arguing with had a friend who blindsided him over the head with a beer mug. Police came and it turned out the mug wielding assailant was only 19 and had used a fake ID. He got charged with aggravated assault, but my friend ended up settling before a lawsuit was filed against the bar. For years he'd laugh because it made something of a small but permanent indent on his head. So yes bars absolutely can be held liable. The main thing, at least here anyway, that can be done is the liquor control board can take their liquor license away. They can literally walk in and take it away and close up a bar on the spot. Some bars and nightclubs nearby where I live now have in the past been out of control with fights and other problems and they get it taken away if they don't fix problems. There was a bar not far away that had been paying a promoter to bring people in, and he had been bringing in mostly underage ASU students. The bar looked the other way because they made so much money, but they got busted. The short answer is yes, bars can face serious problems for letting that happen. In my friend's case, they found out the kid who hit him was there a lot, I don't know how they found that out, so it was established the bar knew he wasn't 21 but let him drink there anyway. It's not like Mexico where they serve you if you can see over the bar. Or once I was refused entry to a beach side bar because I had an open beer, so naturally they made me chug it before they let me in. -

Does that include PEDs pops, DUIs, cocaine busts, hit and run DUI of a pregnant woman, assault, and domestic violence? Just want to make sure I'm associating the right mentor. -
Who is beating Focus this year? Kueter will barely be getting back into form by March rather than peaking. Mirasola is unlikely since he can't win by pushouts in folk and is very unlikely to get through Focus's stingy defense, Trumble has gone down since his Final X breakthrough, he will ride Feldman like a mule, and Bastida isn't the same he's got too many miles. No one likes this outcome but it feels inevitable unless Kueter and/or Mirasola takes a huge leap. Feldman was progressing very well but seemed to have been figured out by the end of last season and I just can't see him finishing his shots. You think Focus did a good job of riding everyone at 197 NCAAs? He's going to look ridiculous on a full feed.

I don’t wanna spill the beans but we get a daily personal text from him telling us what to think and do Here is mine from this morning Good morning Heard about the Comey indictment — FINALLY. This is what justice looks like, not the nonsense I dealt with for years. He’s been exposed — the lies, the betrayal. They thought they could take me down with dirty tricks. Now they see you can’t punch a lion and not expect consequences. Get ready — this is the beginning, not the end. Have a great day — we’re winning. #ComeyIndicted #JusticeServed #MAGA -
Just not in the way MAGA defines great...MAGA is about trolling liberals and culture wars, they aren't actually about any policy improvements for the average middle class American. They have no consistent values or ideals that they follow, only what Trump wakes up and tells them is either bad or good that day. Except it isn't even Trump in control anymore, he's the mouthpiece for pieces of human filth like Stephen Miller and Peter Thiel. Oligarchs are in control of America now and MAGA has convinced themselves that a guy who has a gold toilet is somehow more relatable and cares about them more than their liberal neighbor.

It’s doubtful that the Grand Jury indicted as much on how meticulously the indictment was worded as on the evidence they were presented. Which is what the trial will be judged on. Of course, there are those afflicted:

America still has some great things about it Largest economy As of 2012, 84% of Americans have greater income than their parents (absolute mobility). This has been degrading... Most secure / top military power The highest amount of immigration indicating people want to be here Most patents and hosts many of the top tech companies Hosts 16 of the 20 top universities The least restricted speech Highest influence on global culture Highest charitable giving -

For a liberal like Sorkin, his monologue about America’s past greatness and potential to be great again sounds very MAGA. - Today

You should read the whole thread. The entire conversation began with Offthemat making the definitive statement "while it is clear he lied" and me responding that based on this indictment it is not clear at all. I have even said in prior posts that he may be guilty. That said, it is clear that this indictment is flimsy. The sole quote in it is not from the person it implies it is from. You may want to re-read that last sentence. It is one page double spaced with zero specifics. Only 14 of 23 jurors voted for only 2 of 3 charges. Eleven or fewer voted for the other charge. It is only signed by a single person. None of the investigators on the case signed the indictment. That is not normal. It was filed by someone who has never done this before. That is not normal. To say this indictment is strong is to ignore the facts.

you asked double half to do the same right? -
So the grand jury got to see ALL the evidence and thought he should be indicted, but because you think you know what is in the indictment and you think know what was exactly presented to the grand jury you know better than them...got it... Why not wait and see how this all plays out before talking in certainties when you know deep down you don't know what you think you know about this case.

Do illegal aliens use social security numbers of USA citizens?

There might be impacts to explore... What can happen to the bar owner/staff if they are found to serve alcohol to a minor? What happens to victims and their families when an under age kid commits a crime due to impaired decision making? What happens to car insurance and health insurance rates? What happens to the lines to check ID if this is a popular bar? What happens to the bar's attendance if it becomes known for letting underaged kids in? If its a stolen ID rather than fake ID, what can happen to the real ID owner? -
Vito just had neck surgery. Not happening.
