Yes, I know that's much more common in the spring sports that also rotate alphabetically - due to a lack of facilities to host say Big Ten Outdoor Track or if championship weekend lines up w/ spring commencement etc. No inside info here but I could see Wisconsin historically have declined due to potential overlap w/ MBB/WBB/MIH since they would all operate out of the Kohl center (Big Ten tourney weekend for wrestling I think is opening weekend of Big Ten hockey tourney which is on campus by seed and also last week of conference basketball games)

The Swiss don't have a gun culture that treats guns like toys or fashion accessories like in this country. People here largely don't respect guns. They just see them as toys and don't take them seriously. That's a part of why we have mass shootings so frequently. Guns are instruments of death. The purpose of a gun is to kill.
