  1. You guys realize that the OP tried to pin the singer’s lyrics to Biden, right? Like, that’s the actual title of the thread. Do you understand irony? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I have to wonder what kind of weird ass echo chamber you live in when you don’t know that Alex Jones is a horrible excuse for a human being. His lawsuits were national news. He’s an intestinal parasite feeding off of the shit of humanity. Exploiting horrific tragedies, over and over and over, for personal gain, by selling trash to people who lack any kind of critical thinking ability, moral compass or empathy. That’s his entire business model. To answer the question: when you call the murders of 20 children and 6 adult staffers, and then the demonization, stalking, and profiteering that Alex Jones participated in, “that sandy hook thing” it has the appearance that you’re minimizing how absolutely horrifying all of it was, and continues to be. This is still going on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. As to the difference in between other journalists and Jones: The vast majority of them aren’t found liable for defamation not once, but twice, in two different defamation cases in two different states. They also don’t fund and promote the harassment of the families of murder victims to generate content. And then, destruction of evidence that proves he knew it was a lie. 4. He’s roughly the same height as Real Woods, who I don’t consider to be a giant 141. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Pretty common. Carter Starocci wrestled at 182 in HS. Zack Ryder wrestled 189 in HS and just took bronze at 79kg/174lbs at U17 worlds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. “The Sandy Hook thing.” You just did it again. Alex Jones and his associates hounded the families of the kids and adults who died at Sandy Hook relentlessly. Jones raised money for, and provided a camera crew to, a guy who stalked the families and extended for years. That same guy posted their addresses and other personal information. An Infowars camera crew regularly attended school board meetings in Newtown and cast doubt on the deaths of 20 first graders and 6 staffers. Jones claimed that a father of a kid who was shot through the head didn’t hold his dead son when he was allowed to see his body at the school. Jones actively advocated for people to harass the families of the victims. https://apnews.com/article/health-us-news-shootings-texas-lawsuits-d029d6736d2ce6755c9e89e7cf9f27af Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. It’s kind of wild how you trivialize the deaths of children, and the subsequent demonization of their parents by the person in question. The piece of shit you’re referencing was sued, found liable, and then moved his assets around in order to minimize any financial liability. He made hundreds of millions of dollars spreading lies he knew to be lies, and then turned turtle like the whiny little shit he is when it came time to pay the piper. 9. The Swiderski to 157 thing never made sense to me. He’d be a very short 157. Give up a lot of reach. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Because red states generally have significantly higher poverty rates, significantly lower educational attainment, lower opportunity and resultant higher murder, SA and violent crime rates. Also, you’re a fan of painting with broad strokes. You keep using the word “all”, when it’s painfully clear that, if you read jross’s article, many “progressive” cities have murder rates well below the national average (LA, NYC, and SF for starters). If progressive policies were truly responsible for high murder rates, SF would top the charts. But it’s not even close to the national average, at 2.6 per 100,000 vs 7.8 nationally. 11. The authors of that article conveniently ignore the fact that violence is closely tied to poverty and education. And, as it turns out, state policies in red states result in greater poverty and thus, greater overall murder rates. It’s also hilarious that they list NYC and Alvin Bragg as a “Soros funded prosecutor” as if NYC has a murder problem. Per the chart that they provided, NYC is sitting at 2.2 per 100,000, which is about a quarter of the national average. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Now do states. Helpful hint: The murder rate is higher in red states. The top 3 and 7 of the top 10 voted strongly R in 2020. Unfortunately, this is not an R vs. D issue. It’s most strongly correlated to poverty, which knows no political affiliation. After that, education, which is perhaps why a city like Boston has such a low murder rate. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/pressroom/sosmap/homicide_mortality/homicide.htm Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. Let’s perhaps start with Kushner’s access to SAP information that he had absolutely no need-to-know. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. I’m not sure what his justification would be other than, “Some other people got an extra year.” The guy got four seasons. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. It’s great that they feel reassured, I suppose? Personally, I’d prefer to use actual crime statistics rather than the word of stranger, but that’s just my opinion. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Unfortunately, even if you remove urban areas from red states, they still have higher murder, SA, and other violent crime rates than blue states. Meaning, non-urban, red-leaning areas drive the violent crime rate up. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. McHenry would be an NCAA champ at 118 under the current weigh-in rules. He’s a kid who walks around at 125 wrestling guys who weigh 10+ lbs more than him. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. Poor, rural, bright red areas. At least, according to the last several decades of FBI crime statistics. States with lowest violent crime rate: New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. States with highest violent crime rate: Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee and Alaska. 20. Gabe Arnold can back up his words against Starocci in the dual. Perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Cornella is 5-8 against common opponents, whereas Bartlett is 12-0. I don’t think Cornella would score an offensive point on that match. I could see Brooks putting an MD on Cardenas, too. That said, good picks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. The interesting thing is that WS has Nebraska predicted to beat them at 141, 149 AND 184. I could see Pinto trying to YOLO-throw Truax but I think Truax gets him 9 out of 10 or more. Pinto has some pretty bad losses whereas Truax is 1-1 against the returning finalist at the weigh. Also, isn’t Pinto rumored to be dropping to 174? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Penn State, assuming everyone goes, will have a particularly stacked team this year. 8 of their 10 starters will start the year ranked in the top 3, with 125 and, ahem, 165 being the exceptions. On WrestleStat, for example, they are predicted to lose no more than 3 matches to any one team, mostly at 125 and 165. There are a good number of very good teams predicted to score 3 or 0 points against them. So, which two teams do you think could combine to beat them, with their best 10 against the best of Penn State? A good one that I saw someone else post was Nebraska + VT. They might get four, maybe even five but PSU picks up bonus to win. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Lachlan McNeil would have to be certified, batshit crazy to transfer from UNC to OSU. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. He has never competed at U23s, and he skipped at least one year of HS wrestling to joint Yianni at Spartan Combat/Cornell. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
